White Light Newsletter Introduction

“White Light” is a Spiritual Collective Consciousness, uniting light workers on the Costa del Sol as well as further afield to other corners of the globe. Having been a Catalyst for many of the circles dating back to 2001, I have since seen the light expand. The Costa del Sol attracts so many light workers, to lift the energy as well as bring light to so many other people who often move here for a better and more fulfilled existence. People, who are searching for something better, often require sign posts. It is the many healers and therapists who are those sign posts or beacons of light that give hope, support and healing to their lives. Within this Newsletter, which will be sent out every two weeks, I will highlight some of the lesser known individuals who are making this world a better place to live. It is often only the ones in the limelight that we hear about, but there are so many other individuals who are working tirelessly in bringing so much light and energy into people‟s lives. The Costa del Sol is of no exception to the rest of the World, in being a place where dreams are often a struggle to achieve. I have seen the light that shines from many of these individuals, and so aim to highlight and bring that awareness to a wider audience. I receive many emails from people who are seeking development, healing and spiritual growth and awareness. Currently with our own Property Business, we are unable to afford the time that I feel is needed to dedicate to a Circle. Our Workshops continue in the winter months, but also I have learned recently to find some time for “us.” So this is why I have created “White Light” as a Newsletter as it also keeps Luis and I connected to the Spiritual side of our lives. We have so many good honest friends that we know and love through the circles. This Newsletter is now one of those stones that is dropped into the pond. In order to watch the ripples run outwards, all I ask you is to send this Newsletter out to your address book. If each person does the same who receives it, then the light will expand and more people can benefit from White Light.

I feel blessed that so many students whom I have had the privilege to teach are now “making a difference” in the world. I am honored to be a “teacher of teachers”. The Light Workers Path to Ascension
If you have received this newsletter and reading it right now, it is not by Coincidence. Everything happens for a reason. Everything that crosses your path is there to acknowledge, digest and assimilate. Does it connect with your soul? Does it make a connection? Does it create a spark in your inner reality?
All light workers are on this voyage to reach the stages of Ascension. That means ascending from the 3rd dimensional reality, into the 4th and 5th Dimensional realities.
Every course or workshop that you embark upon, each time takes you closer to creating a shift in your consciousness. There are so many gifted light workers. Each of you has your own unique gifts. You have developed these through so much hard work and self dedication on yourself. It is so important to express, that each one of you, are unique. Its important not to compare yourself to another. Stay focused on your own path as you are working with the energy that you are meant to. Additionally you are attracting into your life the soul energies that are attracted to you and need your assistance.
I would say the vast majority of Light Workers have walked through the dark seat of the soul. We have to be able to walk the path less travelled (or in fact travelled by most, but to make the realization, it was for a reason). I too am without exception, in experiencing vast extremes of hardship. I have been at the depth of despair, even living rough on the streets, the lowest ebb of my life. But there was something, a connection to higher vibrations that lifted me up and carried me to a point that I knew something had to shift and change. It took me a few hard lessons before my soul was willing to shift, thus repeating patterns. Only when we know that we have reached a dead end or a wakeup call do we realize that something has to shift.
One of the important lessons we have to learn in order to shift to the ascension chambers of our soul is to not harbor any anger or hatred to what has happened in the past. Letting go of what has happened will release the soul from lower vibration existences. If we look at an experience and say, “Okay I took a path that caused a lot of pain and upset for myself and my family, but I understand and accept the reasons why my soul had to work through this”. “I release any pain, anger or hardship it may have caused”. “I send light to my life.” “I send light to my family or those who I have hurt”.” My soul is free to ascend”. If we look at the lessons we have learned rather than focusing on the pain caused this is also very empowering.
I learned to be in connection with my sensitive nature. It awakened me to my soul and to who I really was. It assisting in re-connecting me to accept the spiritual aspect I felt from a young age. I understood why I had been rebellious, why I had been bullied, why I wanted to be different, why I wanted to make something of my life, why I wanted to assist with the spiritual awakening of mankind. It taught me to stand up for myself and not let others hold me back. It taught me to own my own power. It taught me how to love and be loved. It also taught me who my friends were and who were not. When teaching I observe so many people who have been at the depth of the despair. But they are able through the workshops and courses to make the connection to why situations manifested and who they are and what it is that they need or want to create a better life and ascend to the next level of vibration shifts.
Remember you are special and you are a beacon of light not only for your own ascension but for the ascension of others. The Earth has been stuck in the third dimensional reality. “The light workers” and “star seeds” from other “Inter Galactic Federations” have seeded here to bring about a shift in the consciousness. There will always be the dark forces and suppressions from third dimensional thought processes, negative and depressed vibrations that will not change their perceptions in life. They will try to hold you back or even try to drain your energy. Some of these vibrations may even be your family/friends. Sometimes, those that whom we love are stuck in third dimensional reality and they may be quite happy there. Not everyone wants to change or ascend to the next vibration force. If you have experienced a hardship via a family link, you need to look at what you have learned from the experience. In cases it has taught you how not to be. Sometimes the hardest lessons are the most powerful teachers. That is one of the many powerful and sustaining lessons. If you feel this happening protect yourself, or quite simply, offer them compassion and understand their fears without anger, but with love. Forth dimensional understanding is unconditional love, love without restrictions If you harbor ill thoughts against another person or situation you hold a ball of that low vibration energy within you and low vibration action will be perpetrated repeatedly against you until you release the anger and find a loving perspective.
There are so many healing vibrations, for example the sound techniques with the singing bowls, The Violet flame, transmuting negative energy into positive energy, working with the white flame of Arch angel Gabriel, and Serapis Bey, transformational Breath Workshops inspired by Judy Kravits, Holographic Repatterning, the metamorphic technique,, shamanic drumming , angelic connections, Reiki, Spiritual Healing, Vortex Healing and so forth. They are all of one vibration, deriving from Love. Unconditional Love Each of you have a gift and a way of bringing that energy in to our consciousness.

As light workers, and star seeds, we teach, channel and educate unconditional love. We have worked through the dark seat of the soul and survived. You should be proud of yourself and give yourself a pat on the back. You have awakened to your path for a reason, now its time to shine. We need as many light workers as possible to raise the planet earth out of its third dimensional existence and into the forth. The youth of today are waking up. Just listening to the many songs in today’s popular music express changing ones life around into a more positive and sustaining direction. They sing about the light, about learning and growing from past hurts, that some 50 years ago were never sung about. Shifts are occurring, but time is running out. When the shift of consciousness affects you, you automatically become a catalyst. People either try to hold you back, thus you release them from your aura and ascend or ultimately people change and grow with you seeking the enlightened path you have discovered.
Each student, each connection I meet, is my teacher. I am constantly learning and growing and enjoy sharing that knowledge in inspiring other individuals to grow and shift their 3rd dimensional reality to the forth. If we as light workers can assist with this awakening we can shift the consciousness of the planet so that it can heal. To achieve this , we as one energy and one force, have to remain committed to this challenge. We have to support each other.

Having being bullied as a child I am all too aware of the affects of how it affects a child.
It affects your whole life. I was once a shy teenager who missed out on opportunities because I was too shy and allowed others to hold me back from achieving within school.
Once I overcame my shyness I was able to confront my fears.

A little later in life I discovered Reiki.

I am now in the public eye and run workshops, presentations, organize events, and work within the media. The energy of Reiki helps to boost confidence as well as raising the spiritual frequency.

The people I have taught have ranged from early 20s to late 60s. All those people who have embarked upon courses have changed their lives for the better. They have each found their foundation. A place to work from to achieve and set new goals, they had only once dreamed of.

Reiki 1 is the foundation maker of life. Your child could find themselves at an early age.
Within workshops I teach meditation and creative visualization.

Meditation helps to relax your child. If for example they suffer with sleepless nights, nightmares, tantrums, hyper active behavior, then this helps to calm and relax them as well as teach them to focus and become more positive within themselves.

Creative visualization helps to train their mind as well as encourage greater creativity within. For example this may help to bring about great works of art and literature.A dream diary is also encouraged. Keeping records of dreams creates a greater connection to the universe as well as understanding themselves.

Healing is the greatest priority. Healing is love, unconditional love for the self. Understanding the self creates acceptance. Love is the key to life.

Children are taught how to heal themselves as well as other people, plants and animals.
This also creates a greater bonding within their lives, friendships, family and society.

From the end of september 2010 we are running Reiki workshops for the blue ray children. This is a re-connection process to your path, a re-discovery of who you are as well as enabling you to connect with the higher frequency that you feel you are associated with. The workshop encourages children to connect with nature, heal the self as well as others, understand different energies, build confidence, engage in laughter, taking back your power, gaining confidence, being able to say "NO".

We have a profound teaching modual with easy to learn techniques and practical lessons making the workshop fun and long lasting.

The children of today are the teachers of tomorrow.

We feel our programme enable children to become more focused, positive and in touch with healing and psychic abilities that are available to us all.

The reiki 1 workshop is taught in one day.
To make the workshop exciting and enjoyable I also incorporate other therapies that work very well with Reiki. Laughter therapy is enjoyable with many adults, but especially children. Laughter is also incredibly powerful as it raises the bodies natural healing defenses. It also releases stress and creates bonding with other children.
Dance therapy is also incorporated into the course to encourage confidence and liberation of the spirit. Here we discover the inner born leader who is crying to escape and prove themselves.

This week I dedicate the column to children with learning difficulties. Children who do not fit into the mainstream of society need to be understood for the gifts they have, not to be conditioned and put into boxes to follow the rest of the world. Children are incredibly sensitive and each one retains its own unique gift to share with the world.

I find it absolutely fascinating that this article is one of many that captures the attention of many people around the world. Having worked in the field of spiritual development and teaching for the past 12 years, I am becoming all too aware of the heightened need within society. Societies trends are beginning to change. For example we currently teach Reiki to many school teachers, nurses, doctors and officials. Only about 3-4 years ago it was a trend for people who were at a cross roads generally who sought to seek a change in lifestyle. Now the trend is changing as now teachers and people who work in the public domain are realizing that people as a whole are looking for alternative avenues of treatment.

Bringing this into the area of the General public is a path that I and my partner seek to promote. It is no longer a journey for the "spiritually minded" but a therapy and adaptation to life as a whole.

Having walked the path of an Indigo Child I am all too aware of the needs that need to be brought to light for the mainstream society to adopt into their lives. It is important to hold a deep rooted connection to mother earth, similar to that of a tree, but it is also necessary to connect to the universe and the energy we know as God, but is in fact, unconditional love that we were all born to channel and work with so that we are in a position to heal ourselves as well as those within the world we live.

The blue ray children have a distinct path and there is always a reason why something happens. Not fitting in at school is in fact a powerful path to walk. I never wanted to fit into a box. It enabled me to be myself and who I am today. If a child is rebellious, don't try to force them to conform. Understand their perspective, perhaps they have a unique gift to share with the world. It may mean that that child is sensitive and needs to be re-assured that they are loved no matter what they look like or how their personality is.

Teaching your child to connect to the universal energy, is a natural pathway. We are like trees. Connection with roots as well as the trunk, the power that is within you , the branches, the different directions and experiences as well as the leaves and fruit giving birth to who we are. If a tree does not feel like it belongs it will become ill or die. Whatever the path that your child has come to earth to experience, it is important that you make them feel like they belong. Love is the most powerful source of encouragement. Unconditional love is the power of the universe and something we Indigos, blue rays and crystal/rainbow children are all too aware of. That is the way forward for humanity. To understand that if you feel like you want to believe in one connection to G.O.D. then that's okay. Dont try to change or make people fit. People are , who they came here to be.

Remember that the real G.O.D is an energy source, not a statue. The real source of energy is unconditional and gives mercy to all situations.

We need this energy in humanity. Many sensitive s often stray from the path as they feel that what they believe is not conforming with society. But they are right. They have to remain strong to bring about change within humanity. Acceptance of this is now changing and it is happening.

We are receiving many e.mails and calls from people who want us to teach their children Reiki. Why? Because they as mothers have experienced and practise it and realize that it works for them. It enables a heightened sense of awareness and brings about positive changes as well as encouraging confidence and self esteem. We are now teaching children and especially finding the need to connect with the inner child. Often children are growing up too fast and need the awareness of innocence.

Releasing negative influences when growing up is additionally encouraged as often later on in life those burdens eat away causing illness. If a child learns from the experience but is able to release it, illness no longer exists in that form.

Blue rays are aware of their auric fields as well as those of others. All information about every individual exists within the auric field. Many of these children are psychic. If you find your child talking to spirit people, try to understand it as well as encourage it.

The Blue Ray Children

The Blue-Ray children were the forerunners of the new root race, who were from the ‘mental’ plane of existence, whose colour vibration was ‘blue’. They were the souls from the ancient land of Lemuria, whereas the Indigo’s are predominantly Atlantean. (A future subject later this year).The Indigo’s layed the groundwork for the Blue-rays, which enabled them step into their roles as teachers. The Indigo and Blue colours are very close in the colour spectrum and this can be seen as a natural process of movement through subtle vibrations.Blue is the colour of the throat chakra, there fore these children act as a voice, or use some kind of creative media in helping and teaching the world. These Children ‘evolve’ very quickly: “They are teaching others by the age of four or five. By the time they reach their twelfth year, the Blue Ones would be equivalent to an average adult who has spent perhaps twenty-five years as a teacher”. They also have telekinetic powers, a ‘knowing’ of their mission on Earth and many traits associated with all the other categories of Children.

The following are characteristics of the blue children¨:

1. Blue Ray Children have dreams that are highly evolved, and they begin dreaming and remembering dreams at a very early age.
2. They have an affinity for languages of all types. Many speak more than one language, if exposed, by age three.
3. They are determined, and at time can be quite stubborn (much like the Indigo’s).
4. They invent pretending games in which they take on the role of healer,
using laying on of hands.
5. They are drawn to water, more than any other setting. They often stare into space at length, especially when near rivers, oceans or even the blue
sky.
6. They have an understanding of how animals feel and think. They explain this to others in a matter-of-fact – “Don’t you know?”- manner.
7. By the time they reach their teens, many have a desire to go to other countries – often attempting to urge their parents to take them, or going so far as to plan their own trips.
8. Their personalities seem to fluctuate between two extremes – from being serious, single-minded and focused (like the Indigo Children), to being dreamy-eyed and distant (like the Crystal Children).

These children are voices for the new age of enlightenment.

The Rainbow Children
The Rainbow children have slightly different characteristics. Each of these will help you as parents give you further in depth understanding of your child.
A so called problem child is often a sensitive child that is aware of other vibrations and unable to fit it to mainstream society. They or the parent is not at fault, but with greater depth and understanding of the different vibrational shifts each child enters earth with then a greater understanding we will all be able to incorporate into our world.

Rainbow Children tend to have:

*have very strong wills and personalities
*be very high energy
*be very attuned to colour and colour vibrations around them
*have passionate creativity
*love bright clothing and colourful environments
*bubble over with enthusiasm for everything in life
*expect instant manifestation of whatever they think/need
*have healing abilities
*have telepathy

The Rainbow Children seem to be here to implement the Divine Will, they will use their strong will and energy to build the new world on the foundation of peace and harmony the crystal children are laying down. And the crystal children are only able to lay down that foundation because the indigo children have already forged the path and broken down all of the old barriers! There is a pattern that is emerging within the soul groups of children that are coming into this world, and as we watch them, we can get a very good idea of where our world is headed.

Handfasting was the old pagan ritual of marriage and it remained legal in Scotland all the way up to 1939, even after Lord Harwicke’s Act of 1753 declaring that marriages in England were legal only if performed by a clergyman. After Lord Harwicke’s Act, the Scottish border town, Gretna Green became a mecca for eloping couples from England who fled there to perform their own Handfastings. In those times, the couple themselves performed the Handfasting before witnesses. It was also used in Scotland for the engagement period of a year and a day before a wedding was proved.

The Evolving Global Consciousness

Children are the seeds of our future. I therefore feel it is so important to address the following information to all parents, teachers and elders.
We only have to look at daily events to realize that the world is changing. Changing in a physical formation. The seasons are no longer equal to 50 years ago. The demand for housing and investment has shape shifted a whole new vibration for the determination to suceed financially. The emphasis on this has begun to create a wider divide within many countries, and civilizations. The divide between the rich and the poor.
The Western world is developing at a rapid rate. I feel we are forgetting something important here.
Our Roots.

Many of the people living in todays world, are just living. They get up, go to work, go shopping come home and go to bed. What a life huh?
There is so much more to life.
Many people look so lost.,so stressed trying to meet daily demands and expectations, for who, for what?
So many people are so hard on themselves mentally and emotionally, usually with the focus upon someone else rather than themselves.
So much time is lost in the western world. So much time wasted thinking about matters that may never happen.
Still your mind. If we all stopped thinking for a moment and entered the silence. We may then receive a higher connection to the universal consciousness. Excuses about how daily life prevents this connection is just an illusion. Too many people use excuses as a way of avoiding self help and healing.

Having worked in the healing and alternative sector for some ten years now, I am all too aware of the changing attitudes within society. Yet I have worked mainly within the area where people seek the alternative lifestyle, or seek a way to change their life into a more positive role.
Recently however I have been giving more talks and presentations in bringing greater awareness and understanding of Reiki and spirituality into mainstream society. It appears that Reiki, for example, is not as universally known as I had previously thought.

In a recent presentation, literally a handful of woman had only heard of Reiki and about three out of 40 woman had actually taken a course. However, the urge to learn and understand about healing and alternative lifestyles as well as spirituality was shown. I do feel there is a need to venture out into mainstream society to spread the word of a universal connection that is available to us all.

So many people ask the question, what is life about? yet do not do anything to act upon the question.
If we take the seed of a Palm tree.It is a channel for the consciousness. It is so small. Yet when it embeds itself in the earth it grows roots. It needs the light and the universal consciousness to grow. It retains the universal knowledge to enable it to unite with the seasons and other trees. We are like seeds. We come to earth, and we are channels for light. Yet until that time comes that we learn to ground ourselves and connect with the universal consciousness, we dont know who we are.

This week I dedicate the column ta an inspirational woman, who has inspired me to fulfil my life.
My Grandmother ,Margaret aged 95, passed to the light on the 6th January 2008.

I feel impressed to share with you her dignified strength and determination to live. My Grandmother was married for 50 years. When my grandfather, passed, my grandmother felt totally lost and found it hard to think that she could go on living her life alone. She was 70 years old. For a while she pined and lost focus on life. But it was her family, and her friends who gave her the strength to move on. Margaret, started to seek a way in which she could benefit from life. She joined a keep fit class. She continued with these classes until the age of 80. She stopped as she outlived most of the classmates as well as the instructor. Everything in moderation. She did not drink, only the odd tipple of sherry or martini. She did not smoke. She ate meat, and had a varied diet. At the age od 82 she discovered that she had Cancer of the bowel. She underwent chemotherapy and radiotherapy treatments. Even though at times she felt like giving up, she didnt. "Im a
tough old bird and they are not taking me away yet" was her motto. She underwent an operation on the bowel. The Cancer was removed. From here her life began to slow down, yet she remained in her own home and was determined to remain independent until the age of 90. At 90 years she considered all the implications of going into a home, yet was determined not to loose her independance. So she decided to move from her home in Hertfordshire, to Huntingdon in Camebridgeshire. She would be near to her neice and not out on a limb away from family. She sold her home and bought a new one. Incredible at that age to undergo such an upheavel. She found new friends and before long gained and active social life.

Until the last month before she passed she was and remained incredibly independent. Too independant at times, not giving in. But is that a bad thing?
The ages of today are perhaps softer and would not have the strength and determination she has shown. On occaisions in the last 20 years we had thought that time had caught up with her, only to be proved wrong. Having had Cancer, angina, heart attacks, plurecy and pnuemonia, she came back with the determination to carry on and fulfil her life.

Yet the sands of time eventually caught up with her. After a short illness, she entered hospital in middle november. She began to get weaker and spent time on oxygen. She was though determined to xmas and the new year. She made it to 2008.
This is one aspect of life that is inevitable. It happens to us all. None of us know when our time is up.
Yet often perhaps on an unconsciouss level we may know.

It is incredible yet true, but her passing has pulled the family together, re-uniting family and friends. She was very much an anchor within the family. This aspect which she enjoyed, will come together once more to celebrate her life. Rather than focusing upon a funeral as an end, I feel it as a celebration of a life and her new beginning.

We Can not escape the hand of death. It is the end of our journey here on earth. Yet I feel it is the gateway to the next dimension. To the otherside. We can not leave this earthly life until we each experience the element of death. Yet death is re-birth. I would like to feel and also visualized my grandmother re-united with my grandfather, her husband Joshua, "Dudley", her sisters, family and friends. I visualized her in the light, unconditional love. I would appreciate if you would do the same.
As you read this column today I will be attending the funeral "on wednesday 16th". Please will you send healing light and love to my family at this difficult time- Thank You.

With my Grandmother, having lived a fulfilled life, it is more accepting of her passing. It is as though we have had time to prepare. Yet it still is hard. She is no longer there at the end of the phone. Yet I know I can connect as well as knowing I am never alone. She is there watching over me and my family.

Celestial events and our Human Experience
2008 is a year where we as a human consciousness have to sit up and listen and really take on board what is happening within the world today.
Time is also catching up with us.
Time as we know and understand it is changing.
The universal program of events are speeding up. Life will never be the same again. We are being taught an invaluable lesson that we as a human race must adhere to or fall by the wayside. The light of humanity will be confronted by the fear and the manufactured darkness that co-exists within the outer reality of the human mind. But I feel I have to divulge a little secret.
There is no darkness.
There is only light and shade. Shade blocks out the light. Shade exists when we are in a position when we are confronted with a situation that is hard to face. But the light to the situaton is always there. It is like the Sun. The sun always shines. Even at night when we can not see it. It is still there. When a cloud passes by the sun, we can not feel the warmth and unable to see the light, but it is always there. Some people actually feel comfortated by the shade, as it provides a comfort zone. It is a safe place where their life is in limbo. Not moving in either direction, yet the light is not glowing.
We must remember that we all are light beings, even though you may not feel so, you are. You may go through life blocking out the light with clouded delusions you have about your life or experience, but know that you are light.
When people mention about the darkness of others, it is a reflection of themselves that they feel or see. It is also the conditioning of society that makes us feel that if a person is not in touch with themselves or spiritually lost, then they must be dark. This is not so. It only happens that this person is only afraid or not in touch with their own inner light . Rather than fear them, help them.
Fear feeds fear. Love releases and disolves fear.

More miracles will start to occur this year. It is important that you understand that Miracles do exist and happen every day of our lives As we continue to learn about a deeper trust in the Universe more events on a celestial level will begin to transpire.
Do you believe in Angels?
Angels do exist. They are also part of the human consciousness. An angelic belief system. Some people take on an angelic role in society. Just this week on TV1 on spanish television there was a report about a group of store holders who all donate some goods to a "Guardian angel" who distributes them to the poor and those who are less fortunate.
This is just an every day person who believes in helping other people. It gives her joy to see others provided for.

We have not got wings. We are not going to fly. But we do have a heart. The heart is accessed every day. We can learn to open our heart.
If you were to walk down the street today, just become aware of the people around you. Look at the image of a smiling child, people laughing, breathtaking scenery, a flower , the comfort of your partner as you hug and kiss, the friendships you have, the blue sky, the golden sun and so forth... place all these images into your heart. If you do this exercise each day you will find that day by day your heart will open and expand. Not only will it help you feel better about yourself but it will also help to put yourself in a better position with relating to others and your current relationship. As you feel better about yourself it creates more comfort and fulfilment with others. It also enables you to think and feel more positive about yourself as well as teaching you to access the power of living in the moment.

Celestial events and our human existance Part 2

The world leaders of governments around the world are all too aware of the changing temperatures affecting the world. 2007 saw a greater awareness globally, entering into mainstream society. Unfortunately it is being transcribed as the Global warming effects due to green house gases affecting the O zone layer. Many new taxes, and going green, are additional ways to make money for governments as well as steering the truth away from the facts. The world is actually going through an evolutionary cycle. This happens every 20,000 years.
If we take a look at the world 20,000 years ago, when volcanos were erupting and tsunamis created extensive flooding, was it because there was an over usage of gases affecting the o zone layer?
I think not.
Obviously it does not help matters. Going green is beneficial for clearer air and healthier lifestyles, but it wont stop a volcano erupting or an earth quake shaking a city. Nature has a law of its own and timing is the law of the universe. Everything has its own timing. I feel we have to learn to accept this. Respect for mother earth is also important. I feel we need to look at new ways in which we can work with the forces of nature instead of against them.

What is the Arctic seed vault?
Norway is starting the construction of a "doomsday vault" in the arctic which will be able to house all known varieties of the worlds crops, This is being dug into the mountainside of Svalbard, 1000km from the north pole, to safeguard all crops in the face of a global catastrophe. Interestingly more than 100 countries have backed the project, The countries of Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Finland and Iceland sealed the project in June 2006. This building is one of the most secure in the world with steel air lock doors, motion detectors and Polar bears guarding the main enterance.
The vaults purpose is to safe guard the survival of crop diversity in the event of plant epidemics, nuclear war, natural disasters and climate change, It would also give the world an opportunity to re-start and re-build itself after many have been wiped out. The seeds will be kept within vaults of minus 18c. The seeds at this temperature can last hundreds or even thousands of years, Even if the cooling system fails, the temperature inside the mountain retains a temperature to conserve the seeds. The project is run by The Global Crop Diversity Trust. From september 2007 the Vault started to accept seeds from countries around the world. The "bank" is said to accept around 3,000,000 different types of seeds.

World Re-location.
With the effects of Climate change and the evolution process, should the governments of today, focus more upon the re-location of individuals. There are growing conserns over the Indonesian and surrounding areas.The most recent volcanic activity was on January 20th at the Krakatau Volcano where an ash plume reached 2.5km in altitude.There have been an estimated 700-900 volcanic tremors recorded daily. Tourists and fishermen have been advised to stay away from the Island. More volcanic activity and earthquakes are affecting this region than ever before. Other Volcanos that have erupted this month are in Russia, Ecuador, Columbia, Paua New Guinea, Hawaii, Indonesia , Mexico, and Chile. Is it not more benefical for the world leaders to look at ways of saving lives with relocating individuals.
In many ways I feel much of the re-location of African Refugees who are escaping the confines of their countries are seeking a better life, but perhaps sub-consciously they know something is about to happen.

The Cosmic Pole shift Phenomenon
It is not only planet earth that is affected . The Planet Venus is said to show an increased brightness, as has Uranus and Neptune. Jupiters magnetic field is changing and Neptunes is increasing according to the Russian Space probe Voyager 2.
One thing for sure is that the Pole shift will happen. The date of 2012 predicted by the Mayans as the "End of the world", is said to be a sure date.

Frank Arjava Petter (International Reiki Guru) Interview

Continuing with Celestial intervention, Andalusia welcomes one of the most respected "Reiki Gurus" to Malaga Province from the 9th-17th February. "Frank arjava Petter" is well known throughout the world. He is the Author of many Reiki books including 'Reiki Fire', "Reiki, the Legacy of Dr. Usui", "The Original Reiki Handbook of Dr. Mikao Usui", "The Original Reiki Handbook", co-author of "The Spirit of Reiki", "Reiki Best Practices" and "The Hayashi Reiki- Manual".

I recently contacted Frank and asked him a few questions prior to his visit. I hope you find his replies as inspiring as I found them.

Firstly I asked Frank or "Arjava" as he is better known, What happened in your life, to receive the calling to the Reiki path? What is your Lineage?

He replied " I came across Reiki accidentally, if there is such a thing. From age sixteen I was exposed to meditation, yoga, mysticism and the oriental healing arts. When I learned Reiki, many years later, it clicked instantly. But I did have to overcome a few obstacles. The first Reiki treatment I ever received was boring and did not touch me at all. Yet I did not loose my interest. My first Reiki Teacher, my brother, was found out not to have taken a teacher’s training himself. That disappointed me, but I accredited that to human nature, and not to Reiki. In fact, this made me hungry for the origins of Reiki: I thought it marvelous that Reiki had been used and abused in so many different ways, and yet it had retained its original purity, its essence. And this essence was what I was interested in. "

"My second teacher was an old friend, Agehanand Popat, who had learned from someone (Peter Gilgen) belonging to the Reiki Alliance. What I learned from him was wonderful, but still it felt incomplete. Five years before I met with Reiki I already lived and worked in Japan, knowing its culture, its people and its fragrance. I was married there and ran a language school. This first hand experience made me look deeper for the roots of Reiki. I knew that what I had learned was a delicious New Age cocktail. To put it lightly, Reiki History and Teaching at that time (1993) was filled with questionable “truth”. So I made an effort to research both."

After one year of teaching, one of my students “found” a ninety- year old Japanese gentleman, who was one of the few teachers of the original Reiki Society. He was kind and taught us some of what he knew, but before I could formally train with him, he passed away. Six years later, I met my third Reiki Teacher, Chiyoko Yamaguchi. She was 78 when I met her, having practiced Reiki since she was seventeen. What I teach today is mostly what I learned from her.

Secondly I asked him "What are your feelings about the way in which Reiki is taught around the world today?"

Answer: "Reiki is such a beautiful spiritual path. It is clear and simple in its essence, but so many artificial flavours have been added to it. It is time to look at what the essence of Reiki really is, and to peel of all the layers of what was added later on. Simple is Best. The reason why so much has been added is to avoid the inner insecurity, the inner lack of trust that one has in oneself. If this issue is properly addressed and solved, life can be lived in simplicity."

On a practical level Reiki is a serious healing art that needs to be treated with devotion and respect. Devotion and respect need time to grow. In Japan Reiki is seen as a way of life, a love affair with existence that never ends. I have witnessed so many healings on all levels when Reiki is practiced seriously.
One of the main subjects in the original system is to learn how to find problem areas in the body with your hands. You are taught how to increase your perception, and how to understand the body’s inherent healing process. Once you know how to do that, you can successfully treat your clients. Before you do, you are fishing in the dark.

Thirdly I asked Arjava "Do you feel there is a right way and a wrong way in teaching Reiki?"

Answer: "Absolutely. The only right way to teach Reiki is to live it. If the teacher does not incorporate the teaching into his own personal life, it has no meaning. So in a way I would like to rephrase your question.” Is there a right or a wrong man to teach Reiki?” If the teacher walks his talk, he is worth studying with. Someone whose being radiates love and compassion can teach you something- just by being in his presence. Someone whose mind and heart is filled with all sorts of junk, is better to be steered clear of as a teacher. I am not saying that a Reiki Teacher must be a saint, but the fragrance of the process of awakening must be felt in his presence. Reiki is not about curing a headache. It is about finding yourself, and not everyone can teach you that."

Part 2
This week has been absolutly incredible. Please keep your e.mails, calls and messages coming in. Since mentioning about the Mayan Calendar and the predictions for 2012 I have been unindated with information from various sources. Now as I have mentioned before about co-incidence, we know that it is not real. The matter of fact is that spirit, angels or the universe(whatever you feel most comfortable with connecting to) is trying to tell us something important. When this happens I take notice and research the information that I am receiving. I also sent out to my recently deseased grandmother a method of communication that only her and myself would know. The message has been received, on more that 5 times in the past week from various sources. So I am thankful she was listening and grateful for the connection.

So over the coming weeks I will be writing a few different series. Firstly about Cancer and chronic illnesses. Kevin Day from Las Mariposas clinic recently gave a presentation about alternative treatments, so I will be highlighting those as I feel they are beneficial for all to understand and learn about. I will also be writing about the Star seed revolution, and the inter Galactic communication as well as 2012 and the Mayan Calender. Question: As Frank had had a good grounding of meditation and healing arts behind him, I was intrigued to know "What was the distance between you taking Reiki 1 to Reiki 2 and then furthering to Reiki Master and Teacher?"

Frank Arjava Petter replied; "Chiyoko Sensei (respected teacher) as we called her, taught Reiki One and Two together on five consecutive days. This is how her teacher, Chujiro Hayashi, taught her. Chujiro Hayashi was taught by Mikao Usui who re-discovered the Reiki Energy in Japan.

She allowed me to begin the teacher’s training after two years under her guidance. Just before I finished my training she passed away in 2003, so I completed the training with her son, Tadao Yamaguchi in 2004."

There are so many off shoots of Reiki these days ,what are your feelings about
the many off shoots of Reiki, eg Angel Reiki, Wiccan Reiki, Rainbow Reiki etc...?

He replied, "We can do without most of them… During Mikao Usui ‘s time he word “Reiki” originally meant “Soul Energy”. I find it amazing that someone may think that he can improve upon that! As I said earlier, one reason for wanting to improve upon “Soul Energy” is insecurity. Another one is financial. Both are to be examined and let go of if you want to proceed on the path."

Knowing and understanding that Reiki helps to change a persons life for the highest good, I asked Arjava, How has Reiki changed your life?

He answered, "Usui Sensei Reiki called Reiki “ The secret art of inviting happiness, the spiritual medicine for all illnesses”. This is exactly what it has done to me; I have become happy and content with what is happening inside and outside of myself. In the first part of my life- before I met Reiki- I revolved exclusively around myself. Reiki has shown me love and compassion…"

This is Frank Arjava Petters first visit to Spain and Analucia. so I asked Frank "What are your aims and reasons for coming to Spain? Why have you waited until now to connect with the source in Andalucia?"

He replied, "Reiki is my boat. Wherever it takes me, I go. I don’t know why the wind did not blow this way before, but I feel it in my hair now…"

Missing Children and Chipping implants

I feel I have to address a very important yet worrying issue that is affecting much of the world today.
Missing children are on the increase. Madaline McCanns disappearance is only one of thousands of children that disappear each year. There have been alarming rates of disappearing children.
There are currently over 200 children missing in Spain. 31 children went missing in Portugal in 2007. In the USA an estimated 797.000 went missing in a one year period. 203.000 of those were related to family abductions, over 58,000 were of non family abductions and 115 were associated with kidnapping and ransom or killings. In the uk over 100.000 children go missing every year.

Where do they go?

Yet there are now many "Conspiracy Theories" that surround the many who disappear from homes and streets without trace. Firstly I would like to address the issue of Conspiracy Theories". These are theories that come to light from people who are prepared to think for themselves instead of allowing the conditioned control of governments and Religion to control the minds of men. Those who do speak out are often ridicueled. Why?

Because they do not follow the law of the land. Because they are not prepared to be conditioned as a sheep. They are people who can think for themselves and are able to see the world as it is, rather than what the Governments want us the believe. Yet it is not the Governments who are in control of our world. They are pharmaceutical companies Financers, The illuminati and the New world Order who control the Governments. Religion and the Church was only placed into society to create control, so people would follow a belief. Yet look at what Religion has caused, War. War the world over, yet War generates money and arms and Power.

A conspiricy theory surrounding the disappearance of a multitude of children ranging from 2-15 is happening, because the Governments want more power and control over people.
They know that people are now beginning to think for themselves and breaking free from the old traditions from the past. Many people are finding themselves more on a spiritual level than a Religious Level. The Governments fear this. What better way than to create fear and hysteria within society. A continuing increase in missing children are reported the world over. Why?

The only way in which the Governments can have control over us is to implant the human race with microchips. That way no child will ever go missing. No human will be able to hide.
No animal will be lost. Implanting microchips in humans is a planned idea. If this goes ahead, our free will no longer exists. Every piece of information about each human will be known about.It is no longer a scifi movie script, but something very real. Are all the children followed and kidnapped to order ?

There are a few companies in America that have designed the human implants. These include Verichip, Applied Digital Solutions, and Digital Angel. They are producing these on a mass scale. Why?
Government members are getting chipped to show an acceptance to the use of implants. Chipping pensioners gives hospitals access to all medical records when admitted. Millionaires are chipping themselves to protect themselves for security reasons. It is recommended that all children get chipped to prevent Kidnapping cases and lost children.

Could the case of Madaline McCann be used as a Catalyst to encourage children to be chipped?
Is it against human rights?
Would you chip your child to prevent them from Kidnap or disappearance, But take away their privacy and free will.

Another theory is that Energy Portals co-exist within our frequency. Could it be that missing children enter another dimension?

Missing children and energy portals

This week I continue with the need to heighten the awareness of the growing amounts of disappearing children. But it is not only those who are disappearing, but also those whom are running away and committing suicide. The cases for child suicides are on the increase. Why?

Where does one start when addressing a situation such as this. I feel that enforcement and strict upbringing is not the answer. Nor do I feel that a leaninsy
towards children is the solution.Parents are often in turmoil when bringing children into the world. How are you meant to bring a child up? How is a child to be treated?
Where do the boundries end? Perhaps that is one area to address. Boundries.

But the world is changing. There are many children who are sensitive.
"Too sensitive". But no child can be too sensitive.
It is just that we live in the harsh world.Sensitive children find it hard to be themselves so often put up a front,an image or a form of rebellion to hide the insecurity of being different or sensitive. But a message goes out to those who are different or extremely sensitive. It is wonderful to be that way.

Most teenages and children I have met who are sensitive are incredibly creative.
Some parents and teachers however dont understand or dont actually listen to their
childrens cries for help. Often in America, children who are misbehaving are sent
to boot camp and shouted at until they enter a form of submission. They then calm
down and fall into the catagory that their parents want them to be, the all american
boy or girl. If they dont calm down they are often sent to a psychiatrist, or worse an istitution. Parents who dont have time or misunderstand their children abandon or reject.

Yet I feel we have to understand an important element if we want to connect to children with sensitive natures. In a way, I feel there needs to be a refresh in the
way children are brought up. We understand that the physical nature of a child is
inherited from the parents, but the Soul is completely unique. Every child born into the world carries its own unique soul. Each soul has its own journey. But children grow up and fit into boxes, created by mainstrem society. Why?
Is it any wonder that the youth of today are trying to break free from the trappings
of the past. I feel we are entering a new way of understanding.

Yet I feel the children of today are crying out for change. Crying out for acceptance and understanding. Are children aware of their Light body? Children are also running away from restriction and stress.

Portals of Energy.
Because children are more sensitive, they are able to see, feel and understand
energy. It is predicted that a new energy is within our midst. But the children "the sensitives" are able to tap into the energy field. Could it be that these children are here among us to teach us important lessons?

Could those children who are disappearing, be entering an energy portal (doorway)
to another dimension Similarly to the Bermuda Triangle? Why is it possible to watch it on a Scifi Movie or thriller and feel or sense a knowingness or possibility?
People have known to disappear, and only to re-appear months later to recollect UFO abductions. These reports are steadily on the increase. Is it possible that a forth dimensional pull, could pull us from our three dimensional way of existance. Perhaps these sensitive children are aware of this. Strangely enough, it appears that a high percentage of the children who do go missing, are in fact, sensitive children. Is that a co-incidence?

It was recently explained to me that the forth dimension vibrates at a much faster speed than the one that we exist in. If we take the form of a wheel of a bicycle as a way of determining vibrations. The third dimensional way of being is the all seeing. If the wheel goes around slowly, we can see the spokes of the wheel go around. Thus we see, feel, touch and hear clearly. But the forth/fifth dimension is similarly to the wheel of a bike going around faster. When this happens we can not physically see the spokes go around, but we know they are there. Only those who are sensitive enough are able to tap into this energy portal.

Missing Children and Madaline McCann

Where is Madeline McCann?
Her where about has swept the world with intrigue and disbelief.
But why, this little girl, when there are thousands of children disappearing each day. What makes this child so different?
I find it a little disturbing that so much money has been collected, then misused.
Many famous people and entrepreneurs have collaborated in finding Madeline. But why not other children that go missing. Why is this child so special?
If I go to the initial gut reaction when I first heard about the story, my gut response said there was a connection to the parents. We had a development circle and focused upon the proposed events surrounding the little girl. Each one of us connected to the same aspect. It was as though the little girl was in limbo. Between two worlds.There was also an association of secrecy and a veil of deceit hanging over the situation. I felt as did others that the limbo feeling was as though spaced out, or under an influence of some drug or other combination. There was also an image of a fall, accidental. It would appear as previously thought that there was an aire of panic due to responsibility and positions of the jobs held by the parents.
One aspect I find hard to comprehend here, is why did the parents first contact the government, family and the press in the UK before contacting the Portuguese police?
Why was the Priest in UK and Portugal contacted, when at the time they were not devout Catholics?
Why would two responsible people in positions of authority act in such a irresponsible manner?
If they thought that the apartment was a risk for potential break-ins, surely they would not consider leaving three children alone in the house.
How would a parent act if they found it missing?
The way they acted, they would have lost valuable time in searching for the child, if it was missing.
I feel just looking at the parents and interviews with the grandparents that there is a veil of deceit here.
I also feel that Gerry McCann belongs to the Masons. The masons regroup and cover up tracks, that create a mystery. If anything comes to light on this, I feel a scapegoat will be found, if not it will just go down in the record books of one of the Worlds unsolved mysteries.
Strangely enough and I'm surprised it has not come to light, perhaps Madeline McCann was abducted by aliens and taken to another time zone within the universe.Why not, every other available idea has come to light.
You would think, with all the knowledge and DNA that someone can be found responsible for this. Unfortunately people are making money out of this.The whole thing is kept alive by media. There is always hope that she will return.
Why would the parents ask the "kidnappers" to treat her like a princess, rather than ask for their child back. Any footage I have previously seen parents are pleading for the return of their child in emotional states,but with maddies parents there appears to be the hard exterior.
Is it their profession that makes them like that?
Doctors are conditioned not to show their feelings.
Whatever transpires, the parents and friends need to live with this for the rest of their lives. Only they know the truth. Many times in meditations have seen veils.

Firstly when I tune in to the energy associated with Madeline, I feel she is in Spirit.She is an old soul and has a strong connection to the angelic realm. There are many feelings and emotions surrounding her and if anything she is helping to awaken a new consciousness within mankind, in the essence of feelings and emotions. I also feel that there were tense emotions surrounding her passing. Yet it is important that she remains protected. It appears as though we are not meant to know circumstances, yet just accept that she has passed. She is however protected in spirit. No one can harm her. The parents however carry the burden of knowing yet remain behind the veils of secrecy that surround this.

I have received various images within my dreams of late regarding Madaline McCann.
She appears in the dream, then moves quickly to the left, then very quickly to the right, almost darting. She then goes below ground, almost as though she is trying to tell me something. It is as though she has been or was moved from locations. I feel with this connection she is in spirit. She then takes me to a staircase where there is a broken car and below the staircase a noose around her neck. She remains hanging as though in limbo, between two worlds. The images are very clear. Then she shows me a barren land almost like campo. Then there is an area where there are dogs, more than one. Alsation dogs and hunting dogs. Though this could entail a search party...

This week I dedicate the column to a very special little girl. A girl that has been very much at the fore-front of many peoples minds and within many peoples hearts. Her presence has conserned much of Portugal, Spain and England. The where-abouts of this little soul has awakened many hearts. But where is she? Her name is Madaline McCann aged 4.

It makes you wander why someone would want to take another persons flesh and blood.
What has this innocent little girl done to deserve this ordeal? Let us note here that this goes on the world over from time to time. There are thousands of missing persons who are snatched. Some are taken into child slavery and pornography, some are adopted or fostered to other parents who wish to have a child of their own and others are abused and brutally killed in cold blood.
Could it be that the person/persons who took this innocent child were mentally ill, undergoing post natel depression, longing to have a child of their own because they may have lost one themselves?

On researching this article I was absolutely amazed at the amount of people leaving messages on various websites asking and directing out their heart felt feelings for this little girls safety. It shows that people do really care for other people despite what many of us are conditioned to believe about the world today. If anything, this little girl has captured the hearts of many people the world over, to pull together as one energy, as one love source. Support is shown to the parents who are going through an emotional crisis, a crisi that every parent would perhaps fear, that their child is snatched. But perhaps the worst aspect of all this is the not knowing and the waiting.

Perhaps they are also going through an enormous guilt trip as they left their children in a bedroom, un-supervised by a babysitter or child minder. Perhaps just assuming that the Hotel complex was safe enough enviroment to leave a child un attened. Perhaps this is a lesson for us all. Knowing that no where is safe these days un less there is reliable and safe supervision. A parents responsibility comes to the fore of my thoughts here. If I had children, i certainly would not leave them un attened in the bungalow bedroom. It seems strange and hard for me to comprehend here, as to why two doctors who you would assume had a better judgement, would leave two two year old twins and a three year old girl alone in an apartment. There was a creche facility available on this site. Though the parents went back to take it in turns to see to their children I feel there is an area of neglect here. Am I being harsh or critical here? I dont think so. But it is not for me to judge this
ordeal. My heart as well as many other peoples hearts go out to the family at this difficult time.

But what ever transpires form this ordeal I feel it is something for us all to learn from.For parents to be more aware and not leave their brains at home. Im sure no-one would leave three toddlers at home un supervised while going out for the evening? Or would they? I am not a parent and have no experience of this. Perhaps it is just a case of changing times. Madaline is projecting love into the world, pulling people together to make us realize that people do care and the world is a wonderful place to live, despite her dissappearance.

Update: I give up! Who did this? A paedophile? The parents? I'm sick of reading about missing children with no resolution. It sickens me.

I'm outraged. Every time I turn on the news it seems another pedophile has abducted a child and caused them harm. Parents: Do NOT leave your children left unattended. Period. This is what bugs me with so many of these cases. Parents are leaving their little toddlers alone or letting them play outside unattended and then we see them crying on TV as to why their kid's gone missing.

It's because our world is filled with paedophiles!

Polic now suspect poor little Madeleine has been kidnapped by an international child pornigraphy ring. Someone HAS to see this child or know of someone shady who they suspect might be doing something involving children.

Fox News is reporting there was blood found on the wall of the apartment Madeleine was stoken from. They're performing DNA tests on it - and also on a straw from a drink where people thought they saw the little girl alive.

A man and a woman are under arrest for trying to extort money from Madeleine's parents in exchange for information about their daughter. This slimy man has a history of abusing his OWN DAUGHTER. And yet he's out on the streets. When are we going to DEMAND the harshest punishment possible? Questions , questions, questions.
Okay in answer to your questions about why we come to earth. I personaaly do not know all the answers to the universe, but I am in touch with my higher self, and the Universal Life force that is able to tap into higher knowledge through meditation and healing. We all have that unique gift. Its just some people are either more sensitive to energy or they dedicate themselves to that development. Others however do have a natural link.

Incidently the Higher self or the connection to the Universal energy can be translated to mean other forms of energy. Love as we all know is the greatest power in the universe. Connected to that incredible , fantastic, illuminating power are angels, guides and spirit energies. There are also the ascended Masters, the inter galactic messengers, and of course your higherself.

By connecting to that we are all able to receive messeges. Though once again our lives and what we make of them will also determin what role your higher self will play within society as a whole. Our lives are all connected to numbers.

Let us take our date of birth. Why do we have numbers to determin a year? The year in which we are born are made up of numbers. But those numbers are not just there to say the year you were born, no there is a greater and higher reason for this. For the date you were born creates a code.

That code added together (day, month and year) to one single diget number.
That single diget number also has a code and a meaning as well as being attributed to a colour. Each colour carries with it a frequency that is shown in the spectrum of life. Let me take my birthdate for example 21/08/1965.
This broken down adds up to 23. so 2+3 = 5. So 5 is my life path number. In this lifetime I am following all lessons that are associated with the colour blue. Blue is the vibration and colour that is associated with communication. So therefore I am learing in this lifetime all aspects associated with communication. So the media is a form of communication. Blue is also asigned to learning and teaching. You will often find many teachers, artists, healers writers who are infact in the soul group of 5. Theay are also working with the colour blue. Blue is the colour of the throat chakra. Once again the method of voice and communication. I am to learn all facets, the positive and the negative of this teaching.

But how is it that we know this information?
I believe that our soul carries all the lessons and experiences from other lives. Some of us can just tap into that inner knowledge and attain to not only help ourselves but to help others.

I also feel that before we come to earth, our soul is already born before it enters into a seed made between man and woman. That soul chooses the type of life that it wants to lead. Now what I am writing here may come across a bit controversial. As you may ask the question,,,
My child was born disabled, therefore are you saying that my child chose to be disabled in this lifetime?
We all have to experience pain on so level. We as the human race have to experience violence, the victim role, the disabled, the carer, and so forth. Each person that is within your life is in actual fact teaching you aspects that you need to learn, as well as themselves. So if we take the disabled child. The parents are learning to be strong, tap into their own inner strength, stand up for their child, love their child unconditionally... or they may find that they feel embarraced, feel week and ask why me? They may find it hard to accept and offer love unconditionally. The child in return will often behave according to how the parents react. So once again you see that we are all connected. We are all here to help one another for our own unique development. It may also be at a later stage that a person crosses your path and the disabled child or the parent ascts as a teacher either on the positive or negative angle teaching a lesson of inspiriation or how not to behave.

Sacred life part 5

"Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways, chocolate in one hand, bacardi in the other, body thoroughly used up, totally worn out and screaming, "WOO HOO what a ride!"

Yes this week was going to be about co-incidences and in a way it is, though not the article I had originally planned. But hay ho, its obviously meant to be that way. This week I have had yet more confirmations of this belief, this thought about living for today, living in the moment.

In living for the moment, it does not mean that we throw our lives away and drink as many gin and tonics as we can, nor does it mean smoke yourself silly that you are unable to breathe the following day. What it does mean is create a form of balance and harmony into your life. It means that you appreciate each and every day.

Affirm to yourself each day
I am happy and I celebrate being alive
It is a fantastic world that I live in
I see the best in everyone I know

This week is Breast Cancer awareness week. To highlight this I received the following poem which once again highlights the co-incidence about enjoying and living for today.

Instead of wishing away nine months of pregnancy, I’d have cherished every moment realizing that the wonderment growing inside me was the only chance in life to assist God in a miracle.

When my kids kissed me impetuously, I would never have said, “Later, now go get washed up for dinner.”

There would have been more “I Love You’s” and more “I’m sorry’s” but mostly, given another shot at life, I would seize every minute ….. Look at it and really see it… live it. And never give it back.

Are we in control of our own destiny? Or is that free will part of the eternal map of our choosing? Everything that happens to us, happens for a reason. Now I am going to take you on the journey to the Darkside of the Soul. Each one of us have to experience at sometime or another the dark side of the soul. The darkside is often experiencing and embracing all our fears, trials and tribulations. There is nothing to fear. Often life has been wonderful, then all of a sudden you wake up one day and everything starts to fall apart all around you. Is it that you as a person have changed and no longer feel that you can cope or follow that path? or is it that the world has changed and you have stayed the same? We all have to experience pain, upset, arguments, relationship problems, illness, and death. All of us.
So we all have this in common, but the lesson is, HOW we actually deal with the crisis. Recently in the week, I met with two individuals on different occaisions who felt that they had been given a bad life. Everything is going wrong. (BUT IN WHOS EYES). Is the issue here about control and not being able to control a situation when faced with a lesson in adversity?

We each need to work through our own pain and troubles. Some people get great comfort in talking to others, whether that is friends, family, a counseler medium or healer. Those people who we turn to, have often experienced the same trials and tribulations in their life and are there to offer love, unconditional love, without judgement to another human being. Others however feel and take on the burden of dealing with the situation on their own.

There is however no right way or wrong way in dealing with situations as these. Often dealing with it alone can be determined as a born fighter. Whatever is thrown in their path, is overcome.

I often find that when hurdles are being confronted,we often can not see the light of day in a situation, but there is always a beginning a middle and an end. I feel what we have to do is to accept the situation at hand before we are able to fight it and work through it. Once that fighting spirit is retained we are able to have the strength to work through any pain and see the light of day. There is such an over welming feeling of accomplishment once any trial or tribulation is overcome. But why do they happen?
To make us better people, to teach us more about ourselves as well as being in a position to help others. Remember that we are all connected. So that when something actually happens to you, it is because someone else needs to learn from you.
Somewhere there's someone who dreams of your smile,
and finds in your presence that life is worth while.
So when you are lonely, remember it's true
Somebody somewhere is thinking of you.

Strange , as i was writing this article for the paper I received the above quotation on msn from a friend in south america. This just seemed to fit which brings us back to the point that we are all connected. Next week I will be looking at the law of coincidence.

Sacred life-part3 Destinys child

Is our life all pre planned? Mapped out?

Channelled writings from mediums using their spirit guides or contact from the spirit world, have given varying accounts of our lives before we choose to come to earth. There have been many widespread debates and documentaries on near death experiences, so we tend to have more of an idea of what happens to us after we leave the earth plane, or die, but what happens to us before we come?

Perhaps we should ask children, young children where they have come from as they may have more recollection as they were only a few years from the light.

But are we meant to remember our life before, or our transition from one life time to another? I have always believed that the soul is similar to a computer chip and retains the secrets of all the lifetimes and memories of the past, and through time itself. We can reach information through meditational journeys when the body is in a relaxed state of being as well as when we go to sleep at night. Now I am sure that if I was to ask you, "Have you ever drempt of places that you have had no recollection of ever seeing or visiting?" "Or have you drempt of talking to people you have never met"?
Often it is spirit that visits us in our sleep state. Many developing mediums often have a greater awareness of their dreams and are able to communicate with spirit through their dreams. We can also find out and communicate with spirit, through our dreams to find out whether we choose to come and why we come?

Interestingly and I really dont know why, but most people who are attracted to the spiritual essence of life, seem to be more interested in what lies beyond as opposed to their life in the here and now?
Are we not appreciating the sacredness of our life in the here and now?
Why do we want to connect to what might have been, or to spirits that have left the earth?
Often it is for confirmation. When we know that our life is a continuation, but in a different form, we are able to draw more understanding about our life in the present form.Spirit and loved ones also help and assist a medium in relaying information that often helps the person to continue on their life journey in the here and now.

So is our life preplanned, is it all down to destiny or do we each have free will?
Lets take the example of a couple moving to spain to start a new life in the sun. Now that new desision that change of dirsection from what they were previously doing, was a choice, but was it a choice that they made before they came to earth. Was it part of the eternal plan that each one would live in one place, reach a time in their life to make a joint and commited change to relocate and experience new challenges in their life, or was it free will? Maybe they opted out of the original plan which was to stay in one country. Did that free will change their life purpose leaving them in charge of their own destiny?

Lets take a smoker for example. A smoker knows all the risks and pitfalls of smoking and how it can damage their health. Is it their destiny that they will smoke or is it a personal choice. Is it their free will? There are often signs presented along the way in the form of help which could be an advertisment, knowing someone dying of lung cancer, who have been presented in their path, for them to take notice. Is it destiny that the person takes notice, stops and their health improves, or is it free will? Is their destiny to then help other people to stop smoking?

There are so many questions that we can ask ourselves and debate many issues. There are two aspects we definately know about our life. Firstly we are born into a fantastic world, and secondly we die, we all die. Where we go and why is once again debatable though there is so much circumstancial evidence to prove that there is another world, the spirit world.
Over the coming weeks, continuing to examine all that is sacred I will be looking at our destiny, life on the otherside, our lives and lessons here on earth as well as other documented information about crop circles and life in other worlds.

Sacred life part 2

Firstly I would like to thank those of you ave written, e.mailed me about previous articles written. It is interesting to hear that many of you have experiences of a spiritual nature. Most corrospondance is in reply to your experiences through ill health, but looking at the experience as a positive one rather than a negative. Our lives change considerably when faced with adversity. But from that we are able to tap into our inner strength. Its interesting to hear that many people are attracted to the Costa del Sol as a means of renewal and light. Many light workers are also attrated here. Currently there appears to be an inter change of light workers, aiding the renewal process or intergrating new ideas and healing methods. I have been going through my own experience of renewal as well as learning and intergrating new ideas into the methods of healing. I am particularly interested in the Pagan life, working with the herbs and flowers,as well as the methods from the ancients.

Sometimes we can become stale or set in ways and methods. This can become stale. Fresh blood, new understandings and healing arts and practices are incredibly invigorating for the soul. I feel it is important not to become complacent with just one method. Being spiritual is open to all methods that derive from one source, thus being LOVE.

It is great to get positive feedback and to know that the articles help within your everyday life. Some of you have informed me that you cut the articles out and stick them on your fridge. This is good to hear and that the message is getting across especially when you may feel at a low point.

Another letter pointed out the spiritual connection to the spirit world. Talking to your loved ones on the otherside, as if they were in the next room. One woman commented, "I know my husband is helping me make important decisions in this life and will continue until my time where we will be reunited at heavens gate." This brought a tear to my eye. She also commented "death does not cut the power of love".

How do you see your life?
I feel impelled more and more, especially after knowing so many people with Cancers or chronic illnesses, that the essence of our life is LIVE FOR TODAY.
Is is important to follow all the rules and lead a careful life, just in case the "what ifs" might happen, or is it about filling your life with all the fantastic experiences that are available to us all?
Are we to be careful in everyday situations so that one day we may be old and in perfect health? Or are we to take risks but enjoy the process we call life?
Everyday of our lives we take risks, consciously or subconsciously.
I am in the process of buying a motobike. Some people have said to me not to have a motobike on the road as it is dangerous. Is that negative thought being projected out? If you project out negative words and thoughts to a person, they can start to believe what is being said. Or is our life for living and experiencing the risk involved in travelling on a motobike. If you believe in destiny and that our life is pre destined then what ever mode of transport i have, the same would result. There is a time for us all.
The free spirit element in society appears to be rising as more people are beginning to take risks in their everyday life, living their lives, just for today.

It saddens me that some people retire to the Costa del Sol and just become stagnent, saving their money for their funeral and proping up the nearest bar with nothing to fulfil their lives.
Remember you are living in a fantastic world. What you do with your life, depends on what you make of it.
Start to live and enjoy the essence of love and of being.

A sacred life part 1

Continuing with the Sacred series, I digress slightly leaving Sacred Places, to perhaps the most important Sacred aspect within our world.

A sacred life. Our lives, every day our lives are so sacred. Every person we meet, whether it is just an exchange of eye contact, a smile or an aquaintance of friendship. it is still sacred. But perhaps the most sacred connection of all is the connection we make to that one special person that we decide to share our life with. If you really stop and think for a moment. Out of all the people in the world, the millions and millions of people there are, and then the two of you have come together to share your life, your experiences. It really is incredible if you stop and think about it. Why out of the billions of people that walk the earth, have you chosen to share your life with that one person.

Then out of that spiritual soul connection if the relationship is male/female then often a baby is created, creating another miracle. For giving birth to a child is also a sacred act, yet I feel that the essence and the wonder of having children has some what faded as many children are abused or abandoned and not shown the unconditional love that they deserve. Bringing a child into the world, means that you have a responsibility to that creation for the rest of your life. Unconditional love and acceptance to be shown in what ever path they chose to follow. If that child should decide to follow a life of male/male or female/female, male/female the key in this sacred world is to offer love and acceptance.

Often we allow the outside influences of what others might think or the influences of governments, media and advertising or the church to influence the way in which we bring a child into the world. But if you actually think for your self, think how special that child is. That child is part of you. You and your partner made that child and that makes the child really special. Ask yourself, "am I going to allow outside influences to influence me on how I bring up my child?" or "am I going to love and accept my child unconditionally?"

Very often when a child rebells against its mother or father, it is often because they are not been shown love. They feel left out and feel that the love they deserve is not being given, often rebelling to get a reaction, perhaps at a time when they are experiencing their own inner turmoils. The heart is Sacred. The heart connects heaven and earth as well as aligning the chakra system and our own sence of self within the world. Everybody deserves and wants to be loved. Anyone who turns round and says that they dont want to love or be loved is lying. For we as a human race cannot survive. The world cannot survive without love.

Knowing how sacred our lives are and how special, I personally feel that we have got to live in the moment and take hold of every opportunity that presents itself to us. We can either go through life being careful and sticking to all the rules so that we may live a long healthy life. Though none of us live forever! Or we can take every opportunity that presents itself and live in the moment. Enjoying every minute of each day and living as if it is going to be the last. Alternatively we can take the role of victim and enjoy the attention it reflects but is that really what you want out of life? Or you can be a fighter, determined to overcome your pain, and live in the moment and enjoy this sacred life.

Sacred Places in Spain
Sacred does not have to be a Religious place, for it can be a special place where there is a sence of spirituality and a feeling of connectedness to the world in which we live. Last weekend I was invited to a very special Sacred place. A Sacred place here on the Costa del Sol, yet far enough a way from the madding crowds of the summer influx of tourists to find myself with friends in a place of serenity and peace. Its fantastic to find so many diverse places here on the Costa del Sol that are literally a stones throw away.
I would like to stress even though I am writing about this place, that if you do go to witness and experience the sacredness of this, that you appreciate mother earth and do not spoil what is there.
Arranging to meet friends just behind Puerto Banus, where the diversness of the special sacred place resides, so different as if it were two searate worlds. As we drove up the narrow stretch of road winding up further and further into the mountain range behind Marbella to the Village of Istan.
We turned off the main road to follow a dirt track that led us down a steep hill towards the Istan lake/resevior. I hasten to add that the land here is Privately owned and tresspassers will be prosecuted. We were however invited onto this land to experience the wander and the beauty of the forest and woodland that surrounds the Istan lake. Walking down a narrow path that led us towards the lake. The immence beauty was astaounding. It was as though we were in another part of the world, similar to the locks in Scotland or Norway.
Arriving in the late afternoon with the hazy sunshime shimmering upon the lake enabled us to relax at the waters edge and take a swim in the warm waters. Heaven!
There was an over whelming feeling of relaxation and connectedness that assisted in releasing the stresses of the week.
Once bathed and relaxed we once again ascended the stone path to enjoy a feast, a barbacue, as the sun started to set, overlooking the lake and enjoying the sunset as it disappeared between the mountain range.
Two more special and sacred gifts awaited us.
The night sky, filled with a galaxy of stars, the half moon shimmering upon the lake creating a romantic ambience.
Yet the greatest gift and perhaps a rare treat was the connection to the animal wildlife that reside within the forest. For here we were sharing their home, their territory.
Once the barbacue was finished, drinking the remenets of cava, we lit small nightlights on the ground. We then placed a few leftover bones from the delicious barbacued spicy chicken, to await the last diiner guests that evening. From the woods there was a rustle and sounds from the preditor guests. Suddenly we were surrounded by foxes.
Its not often that one sees foxes here on the coast, but to see a complete pack or family of them, literally feet away from us, it was a sacred feeling. First they were hesitent, but then when they realised it wasnt a trap, that we were not hunters, but offering food, they felt more at ease. The nightlites enabled us to see the foxes in their glory.

If you do venture to Istan or the lake, please ensure that you are invited and you are not trespassing any property.
Also ensure that all candles and barbacues are put out as there is a fire hazard, with the exceptionally high temperatures.
If you are unable to venture to the lake then Istan village is equally Sacred. It is one of the few villages so close to the coast that still retains its sence of authenticity without the influx of torist outlets.
Lets try to keep it this way so that we can still enjoy what Spain has to offer us.

Spain is full of many sacred sites and secrets. For those of you who are interested in the sacred sites and secrets in Spain, I feel you will find this article particularly interesting. We know that Granada offers us the famed Alhambra Palace as well as the enterence to the Sierra Navada mountain range. But Granada is steeped in History and many sacred secrets.
SACROMONTE ABBEY
Granada Spain
The abbey overlooks the Sacromonte Valley. It stands on the summit of Mount Valparaiso at the top of a path which zig-zags down the hill with seven bends.It was here on 15th March 1594 that two men came looking for treasure and supposedly came across a cave where they found some lead plates. Written in Arabic, these told the story of the martyrdom of St. Tesiphon. The Archbishop ordered further excavations, and some remains, more plaques describing the martyrdom of St. Cecilio, St. Tesiphon and St. Hiscius, and also an oven and some ashes were found. On June 6th 1598, a house was built to guard the relics, and in 1600 work began on the collegiate church. A foundation was established for the abbey with an abbot and 20 canons. The symbol of this foundation was the "star of Solomon" which can be seen throughout the abbey. The museum includes many works of art and paintings including the “Dead Christ supported by an Angel" by Alonso Cano and also a collection of vestments and tapestries. Also on display are the lead plates.

"The star of Solomon"
The hexagram, or six sided star is known today as an exclusively Jewish symbol.Interestingly, this has not always been the case though.The hexagram formed by the intersection of two equilateral triangles known today as the Star of David is the most prominent symbol of the state of Israel, and Judaism today, as can be seen on the flag of Israel.
The Seal of Solomon was associted with Solomon, son of David. He is seen in Islam as a prophet, as well as a great miracle maker.
However, in folklore, legends of his miracles took mythical dimensions, with a ring of his that had the "The Greatest Name of God" on it, unknown to anyone else. With it, unimaginable feats can be done. It is mentioned in the Arabian Nights, for example in the Fisherman and the Jinni story, and the Eldest Lady's Tale. It was believed by the superstituous to be a talisman ???? with magicaland healing qualities.
As a result, the Seal of Solomon was used by Muslims from India to Spain to adorn and decorate the bottom of drinking vessels, coins issued by various dynasties, decorations on mosques and other buildings, and elsewhere.
Several religious and quasi-medical manuscripts show the hexagram in relation to incantations for healing and warding off evil.
For example, the so called Libros Plumbeos, or the Leaden Books, found in the Sacromonte hill in Granada in the 16th century, show the hexagram among writings about the Virgin Mary, Jesus, and some of his disciples. A Morisco Muslim, Ahmad Ibn Qasim al-Hajari writes about them in the first half of the 17th century as if they are Muslim symbols.
The five pointed star, the pentagram, is also associated with Solomon, being another variant of the Seal of Solomon. Since his persona took magical and mythical qualities, the pentagram also took these qualities. In Medieval Europe, this symbol is adopted by those delving into the realm of the Occult, and is still associated with that notion.

Note that the pentagram was adopted on the flag of Morocco. Although it is a symbol of the link between "God and the people", it is most likely due to the pentagram being an ingrained symbol in the society, going back to its attribution to Solomon.

Sacred Sites-Avila

I have spoken with many people in the last week, regarding a lack of faith in life. For life appears to be throwing tremendous obstacles in the path, we call life. The faith in society as a whole appears to be losing its grip on human life. So many people seem to be confronted with bereavement, loss, changing relationships,accidents and stress attributed to coping for a loved one, illnesses and life time crisises.
In order to find the peace, the inner peace and the trust in life, we as a human race need to find a connection and learn to trust the process of life.

Finding a sacred site often helps the human spirit to trust and find the connection. Have you recently been confronted with hurdles, a crisis? If so you may wish to find an aspect of inner peace and connection so that you have more peace of mind, within the process of life.

Visiting a sacred site can often help to lift the spirit, to find the connection to the universal consciousness as well as mother earth herself. Continuing with the journey of finding sacred sites in Spain.

This week I am taking you to Avila.
As you travel from the south to Avila, the first thing you notice is the drop in temperature. Avila is at 1130 meters above sea level. I've been told, in the summer, Avila can offer some relief from the intense heat of the south of Spain or even Madrid.
One of the finest remnants of Europe's medieval era, the walled town of Avila was sacred to an ancient Celtiberian culture long before the arrival of the Romans or Christians. The city was captured by the Arab Moors in 714 AD, recaptured by the Christians in 1088, and had its protective walls built in the 12th century. Extending for 2,500 meters (8202 ft.) and encircling the old town, the massive walls are punctuated by ninety, heavily fortified stone towers.
In the late medieval ages its visitors were pilgrims coming to the church in the center of the walled city. The current church, begun in 1091 and completed in the 13th century. It is where the mystic St. Teresa (1515-1582) had frequent visions and ecstatic experiences. Nearby the church stands the house where St. Teresa lived.There is a wonderful presence or energy inside the cathedral, especially focused at two locations, which stimulates the most sublime and passionate feelings of spiritual love. These places are particular locations within the larger area of a sacred structure where it seems that the energy, spirit or power of the site is most highly charged. Three of these energy beam points, two of which it was possible to stand directly upon. During a four-day exploration of Avila.

Santa Teresa (1515-82) was born to a noble family in Ávila and from childhood began to experience visions and religious raptures. At the age of seven she attempted to run away with her brother to be martyred by the Moors: the spot where they were recaptured and brought back, Los Cuatro Postes , is a fine vantage point from which to admire the walls of the town.

Teresa's religious career began at the Carmelite convent of La Encarnación, where she was a nun for 27 years. From this base, she went on to reform the movement and found convents throughout Spain. She was an ascetic, but her appeal - and her importance to the Counter-Reformation - lay in the mystic sensuality of her experience of Christ, as revealed in her autobiography, for centuries a bestseller in Spain. As joint patron saint of Spain (together with Santiago - or St James), she remains a central pillar in Spanish Catholicism and schoolgirls are brought into Ávila by the busload to experience first-hand the life of the woman they are supposed to emulate.

On a more bizarre note, one of Santa Teresa's mummified hands has now been returned to Ávila after spending the Franco years by the bedside of the great dictator.

What does this word mean to you?
Lets look at what the word sacred means and where it derives from.
The SACRED is that which is the object of veneration and awe. The term comes from the Latin sacer meaning restricted or set off. A person may be designated as sacred, and so can an object or a place which is regarded as extraordinary or unique.

The term sacer is closely related to numen meaning mysterious power or god. Numinous is used to describe the sacred to indicate its power. Various traditions around the world have a term which correlates with sacer. In Hebrew the term is qadosh, in Greek hagios, in Arabic muqaddas, and in Polynesian tapu. Correlates of numen are found in the Sanskrit word Brahman, in the Sioux wakanda, the Melanesian mana, and the old German word haminja meaning luck.

Sacredness to one person can be totally different to another. Time alone away from your screaming kids, nagging wife, self indulgent husband, could be seen as sacred to you. But to a person who lives on their own, sacredness maybe being with family or friends. The same idealism can be similar to places of worship. To an Arab, Mecca is a sacred place of worship, but to a jew it is not. Throughout the world there are sacred places of worship for every belief system and Religion.
Over the coming weeks I will be looking at different sacred places around the world.

Firstly, I want to introduce you to The "Mezquita" in Cordoba.If you have not been it is well worth a visit.
Mosque of Córdoba.

It is attributed to Abderramán’s longing for the mosques of Damascus, where his dynasty perished. Yet at the same time, it manifests the triumphs of his people and his gratitude to his faith.

In 780 AD, began the construction of the biggest mosque the world had ever known over the structure of what it was known as the visgothic church of Saint Vincent.

The 23,400 square meters that occupies the actual mosque with almost 500 columns and superimposed arches, they are the partial creation of Abderramán I, of Abderramán II, of Alhaken II and of Almanzor already by the year 987 AD. It is considered the epitome of the caifal art, and its fantastic forest of columns and arches in its interior is one of the most beautiful spaces ever constructed in a house of worship. The orientation of the Mihrab, curiously is not towards Meccah. In 1,253, at the center of its complex, a Christian cathedral is built.

Few pieces of art of this magnitude present such mixture of artistry such as the Cordobesian mosque, where mixed into the caifal styles, you can see the Byzantine and oriental influences, as well as hispano-romanic and Visigothic elements. To observe this, all that is needed is to step on to the Gate of the Forgiveness, at its northern side, crossing through its mudejar decorations, and stepping on to the Patio of the Orange Trees, entering the mosque through the Gate of the Palms, of a beautiful plateresque style. It is then only that you will find the grandiose caifal architecture.

In this great Muslim temple, one can appreciate its magnificence in each corner and detail. The examples of the central octagonal dome, richly decorated with polychrome mosaics; the Mihrab, or the place to which a Muslim must look for it faces Mecca, that possesses a blinding decoration of marble and sculpted Byzantine mosaics, as well as dozen other examples.

Where has all the love gone?

What an absolutely incredible week, this week has been. I have be informed of various incidences, deaths,illnesses affecting many people who live on the Costa Del Sol in the last week. What has annoyed me, is the typical gossip of bored older residents, who have nothing better to do than spread rumours and half filled stories about situations they have "only heard about". When a situation happens to a person, that person requires support and friendship, not a sharp tongue and gossip filled rivalry. Where has the love gone for our friends and aquaintances? Why do people who have nothing better to do, fill their day with slanderous gossip and chinese whispers? This can often be more hurtful than the situation at hand. I suggest that we as a human race need to think more of the person we are talking about before we talk behind their back. Perhaps put yourself into their shoes. Ask yourself, how would I like it? What would I need to help me through this situation?

I have also been informed of three suicide deaths in the last couple of weeks. Suicide is often a big debatable issue that many seem hard to grasp.Suicide is a personal choice, a way out. It takes incredible guts to commit an act of suicide and I feel if a person is drawn to this act, it is because of a mental health issue. One Suicide was a young man, apparently who had been bullied, so much so that he lived in fear, unable to embrace the following day, resulting in his own hanging. I heard of two other incidences which were far more dramatic and too explicit to even write in words. Then there are the suicide bombers who have been conditioned so much by their faith that they believe they are doing it for their country, their family and their religion.

Some people believe a person who has committed suicide has ended the contract with life and so therefore remains in limbo until the state contract end. But I feel, this is their time. They act as great teachers, whether that is a positive or negative value upon those who remain behind. Some may say it is the cowards way out, but it takes guts and strong emotions to take ones life.Often on the outsde a person can display that all is well in their world. They have their health, their family, their business, but depression is the silent killer. Sometimes people feel they are locked inside unable to find a solution to their predicament. I personally feel, a person who has committed the act goes to a ward of peace,to reflect upon their life but to heal.Often people are too afraid to heal when here on earth that often healing is needed on the otherside before ascending further into the light. I feel we need to stop being judgemental towards such acts and offer love and peace towards those individuals. Remember the way forward on the earth, is to offer our love to all.

Often the ones who are left behind are angry, though more angry at the situation or the person because it was never explained. For it seems un just.For a person who is dying of Cancer, who would give anything to live an extra day finds it hard to comprehend why another wants to take their life. I know of some people who have talked of taking their life. Those who talk about it often just do it for attention. To get a reaction. But those who do it spontanously do it because they believe its the only way.

Does suicide stem from not loving ourselves enough? About a month ago I was invited to a lunch. Opposite me on the table was a young man from Rumania who had lost many of his family in the conflicts within his country. Nearly an entire family destroyed. He managed to flee his country and come to Spain. But here unable to have a permit, felt in limbo, trapped and depressed. The only person he was living for was his mother. He commented, When my mother dies, I will die, for I have nothing more to live for. Does this not show us as an example that suicide is connected to depression? Or does it show that there is no Love for himself, or the world in which he lives?

Where is our Faith?

I cant possibly ignore the recent events that have transpired in the world this week. Over 3000 dead in Java with yet another tsunami and earth quake. Only in may 5000 lost their lives from another earthquake.Strangely enough this tsunami did not have as much impact on the international news, but still their pain and greif resides.Then if we turn our attention to the deepening crisis in the middle east between Israel and Lebonon. Every day innocent civilians losing their lives.A huge rescue mission to evacuate all international civilians living in Lebonon, almost preparing us all for a bloody war. How many lives need to be lost before the awareness sinks into the minds of the perpetrators that all religions are equal. Everyone has a right to be here. Really it is just an excuse to fight, to wage war, all in what name? for what? and why?
Then we have the continued crisis in Iraq, still no weapons of mass destrucion found. I think George Bush the born again Chritian, needs to look in the mirror, then he will find them. Once again Religion and war combined. What happened to Osuma Bin Laden? Strange with all that money on arms and armed forces still no sign of the myterios man.Yet he appears on the occaisionl broadcasts. So many soldiers have lost their lives.Civilians casualties and destroyed homes, memories of war and scars transported to the youth generation.

We are so lucky. Yet we are observers of this. Yet we can not do anything about it. Its in the hands of the governments the leaders of our countries. Is this what we want? Whats life about? Are we only focused on how much money we have in the bank, the wages we earn,to provide a happy life? Or is there more to it? Can we actually do something about it? Petitions circle the internet, names on a list , but who reads them? Do they work? We are a race that is controlled by restricions and laws. Is this what was intended? Or are you a free spirit? Willing to have your say and demonstrate against the system. You might go to the pub tonight, sit with your mates and put the world to rights. So many people are not happy with the way the world is progressing. I guess what you have got to do is ask yourself what you are putting into the world.

I mentioned last week about the fantastic world that we live in. It is true , it is fantastic, but it is also what you make it. Often I over hear people moaning about the current state of affairs in the world, but thats all they do, they just moan.
We as a human race often hold onto restrictive laws and reformes. We hold onto what the church has to say. But Religion is also a way to control society.

Where has the Spirituality gone. I have met many healers and mediums of late who feel in limbo, at a cross roads in life. There has been a shift in the consciousness that has created so much imbalance within the world. But the healers and the mediums are not alone. The human race as a whole is losing its hold on the reality of the world, our home. I feel we need to focus on our faith. Not the faith in Religion as such. As I have stated, all Religions and belief systems are right, they all have one thing in common. A God or Goddess, a higher force, greater than ourselves. What we need to do is become aware of that force and see it within our selves, to enable us to have the faith and trust within ourselves. Holding that within we can become who we really are and give that energy out, from our hearts and with Love. Where has all the Unconditional love gone for our fellow man? Are all these lives mentioned above dying for nothing, or is there a greater reason. Will we one day wake up and see the light of why this is happening. One day, we will.

Love and support

This week I dedicate the column to Freya,a little girl who died at Little Bridge House. The charity Fundraising event in Gibraltar that took place last saturday 8th July was supported by The parents of Freya who flew over for the event. They were overwelmed at the support given by so many people. 1,500 pounds was raised by the M.O.D and their families and friends. Love and Support
In order to gain support, from a person or collective persons an element of love must be combined with this act. Are we aware that the act of love is actually shared amongst other acts of kindness? It just goes to prove how strong this word and emotion actually is. We tend not to think that when we are offering a hand of friendship, a helping hand, going out of our way to help another human being, that we are in fact actually showing an act of love towards a person or situation.

I just want to explain the events of this last weekend. The M.O.D in Gibraltar come together to help so many charities in Gibraltar and the UK as well as other Charities around the world. Many of these families are not wealthy, but give so much of their time in helping others. It is inspirational to see that so many people really did anything they could in helping a just cause in helping to raise money for Little Bridge House the Childrens Hospice in Deven UK. Freya was a little girl who died at the Hospice. It was this little girl who captured the hearts of so many people in deciding that they would raise money to help the Hospice. The workers at the Hospice show so much care and support for the child and their family.

Football is supported the World over, especially with the recent events of the World Cup. Once again supporting a country shows a love of the Country. A sense of love for a country. A passion. Once again a passion comes from the word, the emotion of Love. Fans show their adoration for the team and support them throughout the event. Its interesting to see so much love for a team,and a country.

With the constant reports that we hear about in the news of stabbings and violence on the streets in the UK and many other countries around the world, we often dont hear about the good news. Many people only focus upon the bad events in the world and often wander if their is a God. But it is the faith within each individual that determins the support they give to the world. There are many acts of kindness in the vain of support within our world today. If we just look at all the charity organizations that help individuals, events, acts of war, violence, abuse , illness and so forth. We are living in a world where there is Love. Think of all your acts of support that you show to your partner, your friends, your family. We are living in a fantastic world and I feel we need to focus on what we all give out to the world instead of focusing upon the negative influences. But one thing is for sure, without the negative influences we would not have the acts of support in the world. We would perhaps not have so much love in the world.
It would seem that we need the negative acts to drive us forward to achieve a sense of equilibrium. It goes to show that there will always be good and bad in the world. When we focus upon the word Peace, perhaps we should really focus upon Peace within ourselves. If we were all aware of the support we give then perhaps there would be more awareness on what we can do as a collective force. I feel we need to focus upon the self. I met many women over the weekend who often bring up their children single handed while their husbands are away either as peace keepers or fighting wars. These woman have tremendous strength, but often find it hard as they do not know whether their husbands are going to return alive. Rather than focusing solely upon themselves, they create a community spirit and are there for one another. Once again support. It opened my eyes as well to see these fighting men, providing so much support and Love for children who are terminally ill.

Divine Timing

Divine Timing
Yesterday we complained about TIME and trembled at its terrors.
But today we have learned to love it and Revere it
For now we understand its intents, its natural disposition, its secrets
and its mysteries.

Amazing isnt it, that everything happens for a reason. Often we can not see the reasons as to why and when external influences are happening, but the eternal plan for the future is happening in the moment. Last week I wrote about living in the moment. So true that when we live for everyday, the cycle of life unfolds. Similar to dropping a pebble in a pond and watching the ripples span outwards. Un known to us at the time of when an event happens does the circle of life and the Divine timing ripple outwards.
I have witnessed such events over the last couple of months when I decided to change a thought pattern. Once I let go of a stubborn thought that was blocking the process of my life, the doors of opportunity suddenly flung open, giving me a stronger perspective to the passage way of my life purpose. It is those stubbon blocks that act as dams blocking a process. Those blocks often reflect a fear, unknowing of what may lie ahead, that creates an aire of stubborness. Our lives then either become stagnent, not moving just remaining in one position in a state of limbo or we repeat the same pattern over and over again. Sometimes however, if you are meant to move forward and dont know how, but want to a person or situation comes into your life almost forcing or encouraging you to take the primary steps forward to embrace your true destiny. This is called Divine Timing. Recently embarking upon a new chapter in my life, a person walked into my life helping me to bring down the dam of my stubborn nature, to help me embrace the new chapter. Each step is a new experience. Often people have in the past relayed similar incidences, and saying that that person is a guardian angel or sent by an angel
We are all cared for and watched over. Nobody goes without.

Upon connecting with this person I have experienced new challenges and experiences that would never have happened if I had not let go of the stubborn thought. My actions and changes have also created a ripple effect effeting other people as well. I feel that is something we tend to forget, that when we as an individual make a decision, it not only affects us, but affects everyone within your circle of friends family and so forth as well as the greater whole. It brings back the attention that we are all connected on some level, the heart level.

When circumstances happen of an aspect of Divine Timing we also learn alot about ourselves as well as the awareness of what surrounds us . My hightened sensitivity has heightend once more. Looking at situations and knowing and understanding them to know that the laws of coincidence, as there is no such thing, are all in fact related to the energy of Diving timing. Whatever happens, happens for a reason and we must know as a human race to learn to trust the process of life, to know and understand that that person, situation, feeling, emotion is happening right now because it is meant to.

If a peron has walked into your life, bringing forth new experinces and adventures, rather than block them, for you would be blocking the process of life, let it flow, enjoy the moment and experince your life for what it is. Get intouch with your inner freedom and sail with the tides of your emotions on an incredible journey from the heart to the inner truth of your destiny.

Little Bridge House

I will be giving Tarot and Spiritual Readings at the M.O.D. in Gibraltar on the 8th July. This is a family fun day. The M.O.D.are raising money for the Charity based in Devon in the UK.
The Charity is a Childrens Hospice.
"Children's Hospice South West helps 200 sick children and their families every year.
The families we care for describe the experience they have at Little Bridge House as a 'lifeline' and a 'safe haven'. Children, siblings and parents are given the chance to relax and enjoy themselves, whilst also having the support they need to care for a very sick child. We also recognise the immense value that families find in being amongst those who have similar experiences.
Children's Hospice South West is dedicated to making the most of short and precious lives. With your support, we can continue to care for more children and their families every year."
"In the South West alone, there are over 1000 children with a life-limiting or life-threatening condition. Children's Hospice South West was started to help these children and their families.
We opened the doors of our first hospice, Little Bridge House in Barnstaple, in 1995. As the only children's hospice in the South West, we support over 200 children and their families. We offer them respite, relaxation, friendship and a sense of community. We can share the 24-hour care of a very sick child and support the family in bereavement.
The demands on Little Bridge House have increased to the extent that there is a vital need for a second children's hospice. We're hoping to welcome families to our new hospice, Charlton Farm near Bristol, early in 2007, but we need your help to raise the £15 million needed to build, equip and endow it with initial running costs."

Take a child such as Dan and his mum, Pam. Dan was diagnosed with Huntingdon's Chorea, a degenerative condition from which his father had already died. When we first met Dan, he was still able to walk and he spent the entire weekend playing football. Over the next two years, we watched as he lost so many of the skills that we take for granted, but never did he lose his smile, his sense of humour and his courage.
As his condition worsened, his mum spoke of how Little Bridge House had become part of her family, somewhere she felt safe and supported. She could talk about the unthinkable - the time when Dan would die - and when she was at home, she had only to lift the phone.
For Dan, Little Bridge House was somewhere he could have fun, be with people he trusted and who would give him a straight answer about his illness.
Little Bridge House could not change Dan's diagnosis, but it did change the quality of his life and Pam's. They lived what time they had to the full and when the time came, we were able to ensure that Dan died with dignity and in peace, and with Pam beside him.

Sue Hird was a familiar face at Little Bridge House with her two daughters - baby Amy and big sister Caroline. Sue explains in her own words, her experiences and feelings about what Little Bridge House means to her family.
'Our family was truly privileged to have the opportunity to come to Little Bridge House with our youngest daughter Amy Victoria throughout her short life.
'Our first visit was extremely special and it was a very significant day in all our memories. As the ambulance arrived, the duty care team and families were waiting to welcome us. It was an awesome feeling seeing all these people happy and cheering at our arrival after being in hospital with so much uncertainty, stress and sadness. This was the way we could now look to the future - to learn to manage baby Amy's care at home in the reassuring knowledge that a member of the care team was only ever a phone call away.
"With the team's unfailing medical, practical and emotional support, we were able to achieve that goal.
'Their specialist care enveloped our whole family and we shall be eternally grateful for the friendship, the respite, relaxation and the sharing of 24-hour care Amy needed. In addition to Amy's medical demands, we all received individual personal care, which was especially important for Amy's elder sister Caroline. We were all drawn in to sharing the fun and laughter that is a huge part of life at Little Bridge House alongside all the tears and sadness that we have to bear. All these emotions were shared with the other families on our frequent visits and we will never forget the joy and happiness. We have made lasting friendships through our very special children and offered each other ongoing support especially in bereavement. We know there will always be a 'welcome back ' when we return to Little Bridge House at the Annual Remembrance services.

Live for Today

"LIVE FOR TODAY"
How many of you can actually say that you LIVE FOR TODAY. Its easy to say. It is one aspect that I teach my students deriving from the Reiki Principles of Just for Today...I do not anger, I do not Worry, I honor my teachers through Life, I earn my living honestly, and I am kind to every living thing. ... "Live for today."
Recently on a trip to Lisbon in Portugal celebrating the week long celebrations of Saint Anthony, the Patron saint of Marraige and freedom, I experienced a tremendous warmth from the people of this beautiful city.
On this particular trip I found that I was taught the same lesson three times. With the law of coincidence I realized that I was being taught a valuable lesson.
Teaching and Practicing are two different aspects. Sometimes we can become too focused or distracted from our truth as we still have to live in the world. We all have fears and project out What ifs... into the world.

So after experiencing the same lesson I felt there was one aspect of this trip I wanted to share with you. There was one girl who had a profound effect upon me, who really made me think. Her inspiration I now use when teaching. So she not only helped me but she helps others.

Yolanda, a slim attractive young girl in her mid twenties with a good head on her shoulder, together with her husband, a bearded slim young man with a cheeky smile walked into the patisserie. Gathered with friends and my partner,we began putting the world to rights. Then this young woman explained that she lives for every day. She said when she wakes up in the morning she turns to her husband and tells him that she loves him. Today she loves him. She does not think about tomorrow, only today. For tomorrow there is no guarentee that she will love him. But today, she knows that she does.

I asked Yolanda how she came at a young age to draw this type of conclusion and adoption of lifestyle into her life. She explained that she became pregnant.Full of the joys of pregnancy and thoughts running and racing through her head of the clothes she was going to buy, the type of school she was going to send to, the types of friends that the child would have,where would they live, would their jobs change. Wonderful thoughts filled her head. Shared moments between a loving young couple. But her grandmother, a wise old woman turned to her and said, dont speak or think of such things, Dont fill your head of so many joys, wait till you have gone full term and given birth before you plan too far ahead. This made her think. A couple of months later she was rushed into hospital with complications and nearly died to two occaisions. Sadly she lost her baby. Totally distraught and depressed, Yolanda now in tears continuing with the reliving of her pain,thought that she had made this happen for projecting out so much joy yet had that taken away.She felt that she had brought this upon herself. So she decided that after this experience and being so close to death that the most important aspect of her life, was , in fact in the very moment. Today, she lives for today.

I found this very humbling to listen to... I hope that you too, learn the lesson, a great teaching, LIVE FOR TODAY.

Say “No” to the project “Pascua-Lama”.

Over the last couple of weeks I have received the same e.mail highlighting a threatening influence on the world. This influence derives from George Bush senior and Barrick Gold. Hehe are we suprised that North America is enforcing restrictions and giving the go ahead to such destructive actions that could really affect all of us. There is a website associated with this as well as a petition to try and STOP this action from taking place. Only the voices of the people, your actions and demonstrations will help the world to take notice of what is really going on. If you have an influence in a television or media organization then please forward this information.

As you read the folling, please think about what is written here very carefully as well as becoming aware of how it makes you feel.
“Barrick! Listen! Chile will not surrender!, No to Pascua Lama!,” roared a crowd of protestors as they paraded through the streets of Santiago, Chile. The crowd was addressing Canadian mining giant Barrick Gold, in response to the company's proposed bi-national “Pascua Lama” open-pit mine on the border of Chile and Argentina.

In the Valle de San Felix, the purest water in Chile runs from 2 rivers, fed by 2 glaciers. Water is a most precious resource, and wars will be fought for it.Indigenous farmers use the water, there is no unemployment, and they provide the second largest source of income for the Area.Under the glaciers has been found a huge deposit of gold, silver and other minerals. To get at these, it would be necessary to break and to destroy the glaciers - something never conceived of in the history of the world.To make 2 huge holes, each as big as a whole mountain, one for extraction and one for the mine's rubbish tip.
The project is called PASCUA LAMA. The company is called Barrick Gold.Visit www.barrick.com . This site will give you all the information regarding their plans to destroy nature in return for greed.
The Chilean Government has approved the project to start this year, 2006. It makes you wander if they had a choice in the matter or they were offered large amounts of money, that they were unable to refuse.
The only reason it hasn't started yet is because the farmers have got a temporary stay of execution.With your say, that extention may be able to prevent the action taking place. If the plan to destroy the glaciers goes ahead then it will not only effect the country of chile but the world as a whole. Not only that they will destroy the glaciers, they will not just destroy the source of especially pure water, but they will permanently contaminate the 2 rivers so they will never again be fit for human or animal consumption because of the use of cyanide and sulphuric acid in the extraction process.
Every last gram of gold will go abroad to the multinational company and not one will be left with the people whose land it is. They will only be left with the poisoned water and the resulting illnesses.
The farmers have been fighting a long time for their land, but have been forbidden to make a TV appeal by a ban from the Ministry of the Interior.
Their only hope now of putting brakes on this project is to get help from international justice.
The world must know what is happening in Chile. The only place to start changing the world is from here.
There are other sites that also highlight the dangers of this particular project . It makes me wander... If we extract all the minerals from the earth.. will that not destroy the Planet as a whole. Surely we need a balance of minerals to stay within the earth.
On researching this article I also discovered that Mining is also taking place in many of the many spiritual sights around the world. Typical, where there is the light, the dark also draws close. I suggest you take a look at the following sights to bring about the awareness of what is happening in the world. Can we as a human race change or stop what is happening? Do we care?

Footsteps
One night a man dreamed he was walking along a beach with the Lord. Across the sky flashed scenes of his life. For each scene, he noticed two sets of footprints in the sand. He then noticed that at the lowest times there was only one set of footprints. "Lord, you said that if I followed you, youd walk with me all the way, But during troubled times there was only one set of footprints." The Lord replied "My son I would never leave you. During your times of suffering, when you see only one set of footprints, it was then that I carried you".

This week I dedicate the column to an inspirational "Earth Angel", Maybritt Telefessen.I recently received a letter from Maybritt, informing me that she is now back in Norway. Maybritt was my first Reiki Master who taught my Reiki 1 and 2 levels. She has worked tremendously teaching Reiki for many years, creating a Reiki network in Spain and Norway. Teaching people to heal themselves and others in an incredible gift. Maybritt has recently been diagnosed with Cancer of the thyroid as well as a possible detection in metastases. On Tuesday the 6th of June she was admitted into hospital and on thursday the 8th she underwent an operation. She has asked if healing and prayers can be sent to her to help her with her recovery. Please send the healing between 10pm-11pm.

Maybritt has made her mark in the world. A foot print within the lives of many. I feel that it is important to remember the teachers we have been fortunate to have met within our lives. She has touched the lives of many individuals to bring forth a dedication to heal the human spirit. I feel that this is one of the greatest gifts that we as humans can offer. Teaching is a beautiful gift whether it is teaching kids, creating their foundation in their educational system, teaching music and drama, art and expression, dance and creativity, teaching adults new skills, and so forth as well as teaching the human race to love and heal themselves. I have to re- iterate how important it is to work on the self. By stopping we can allow ourselves to become dissillusioned with life. We all need to remain strong, have faith and most importantly, Learn to Trust.

Trust is perhaps one of the hardest lessons to learn. How can we possibly trust? knowing that she has given so much to the world? She helped so many people to help themselves as well as others. So why is it, that the healer, the teacher is given a burden of illness? I feel it comes down to one main ingredient. Working on healing "thyself." Sometimes we can become to focused upon helping other people, that we tend to forget about ourselves. Each one of us as an individual is important. We all have our place within the universe. Working as a healer or teacher, i feel, it is paramount to find time for the self. I feel for one, that spirit is giving her time to put her life in a good working order before taking place once more on the spiritual path. She is being given time to heal herself as well as be on the receiving end accepting the love from others. For what we give out to the world we also receive.

Please visualize Maybritt in a healing pool. See the waters of unconditional love gently wash over her.Visualize the waters washing away pain and anguish associated with the past. Visualize all the people that she has helped to heal, sending their love to her. Visualize her standing under a waterfall. Your energy and love is the water of life. Visualize her cleansed and bathed in light. The light of Love. Unconditional love.Now see her walking away from the waterfall, dancing in a meadow surrounded with summer flowers, the golden sun shining giving her light to her life.

The Clock of life

The Clock of Life

The clock of life is wound but once,
And no man has the power
To tell just when the hands will stop
At late or early hour.

To lose one's wealth is sad indeed,
To lose one's health is more,
To lose one's soul is such a loss
That no man can restore.

The present only is our own,
So Live, Love, toil with a will --
Place no faith in 'Tomorrow' --
For the clock may then be still.

Change comes to us all. Embracing and coping with it is another aspect altogether. I for one and will openly admit it, I am currently facing and experiencing lifetime obstacles and struggles. I have partly been an instrument in the creation of the circumstances.We all need to accept our place in the universe as well as taking the responsibility for our actions. I have also been told on many occaisions recently to live by my own truth. How can I possibly help other people and encourage others to embrace change and heal themselves if I am unable to do this for myself. I have found that when life changing experiences occure, it is the fear that holds me back. The fear of what maybe around the corner.It is almost as though I have to work through alot of pain and upset, fears and worry so that I am able to empathize more so with clients, students and friends.
I have taken a new step forward. Every step is hard. I may put a brave face on to the world as I dont want others to know my pain. But luckily I am able to talk to those close. Getting any fear off my chest is a positive way forward. I tell many clients to think positive, project out positive/healing thoughts to the universe. See them happening in the present moment. But as I fell into a depression, I found it hard to see the positive side. I have walked through the dark tunnel. We all at some stage in our lives feel or get depressed. Many will hide or pretend they dont for fear of appearing weak. We are human and stress does affect our human lives. We can learn to help ourselves, but sometimes we have to learn from the pain and the hurt. Working through pain and anguish, if we are able to work through it then we are able to embrace that inner strength so that the clock of life can continue to tick. Having love and supportive friends around me helped me to surface from the black hole. Enabling me to surface and once again see the light of my own truth.
Only adhering to old patterns. The fear becoming stronger than the courage to move forward will keep the clock stuck. Seconds ticking away and the hand of time just stuck with a forward backward motion. Putting the hands of time back, I would only repeat the same situations over and over again. Would anything change? Would my life stay the same? The fear arises to the surface and tells me occaisionally, Do you want to turn back the clock? Maybe it would be easier to turn back time. But what would I learn about myself? It would be safe. No new challenges or experiences. Just a safe place.
Putting the clock of time forward, I am only going to miss opportunities. I have to understand, that what has happened has happened for a reason. For it is the Divine timing that has created this circumstance. Knowing that everything happens for a reason.
So I learn to live in the present. To live each day for today.Not repeating the patterns of the past and not racing and putting the clock forward, I may miss an opportunity of a lifetime. I am going to live for today.

Earth Angels
There is such an incredible draw towards angels and their occurences. More and more people are wanting to connect to the higher vibration of unconditional love. Unconditional love is pure love that the angelic realms manifest. Throughout the year I will be writing about your experiences. I would like you to send in your experiences attributed towards experiences associated with angels. Each month I will highlight one story. I constantly hear of different people experiences which just goes to show that it is not by coincidence that you are experiencing a similar manifestation of spirit energy.

But it is not only the energies of the ascended angelic beings that I am interested in. It is the everyday people who walk this earth who act out of unconditional love towards their fellow man. Unconditional, means exactly what it says without any conditions or pre judged ideas. Not only is it the lightworkers, in the form of healers and therapists who are often seen as angels, but also the everyday person in the street.

There is an ever increasing energy that is associated with the heart chakra. The flower of life, the emerald matrix, Reiki, working and healing with the angels, the eternal dove, the star of David, Kabala and so forth that are all associated energies in connecting with the heart and giving and healing with love. We must however be able to open our arms in accepting love as well.

Very often those angels we call earth angels, are those people who have gone through many hardships and life experiences in this lifetime who have learnt many important lessons. From those lessons learned they are able to tap into the area of inner strength and give to those who are in need.
Many people ask me, "why have I had to go through this upheavel in my life?"
The answer is simple, "Life was not meant to be easy. If everything was handed to us on a plate then we would not learn anything, nor would we appreciate it."
Each persons lessons are different. Some are harder than others. But if you can work through an experience and then be in a position to help another person, then you will also feel an upliftment to the soul. As you work on yourself, you also work on your soul development.

Some people on this earth have gone through near death experiences and told that their work is no longer over. Thet return often with the same message. I saw my family, or I saw my guardian Angel, I was told that I had to return. I was told that I still had obligations to fulfil.

The following story is a true story associated with some friends of mine in Yorkshire. David became ill, the doctors did not know what was wrong with him. He then collapsed and was soon in intensive care. His wife and family were called to his side as he went into a coma. Still the doctors were doing tests and unable to pinpoint the cause of his illness. We received a phone call and asked if we could send healing. I alerted many lightworkers and we called upon the angelic realms for assistance. Throughout his life, David did not believe in Angels or spirit. The day after the healing he awoke from his coma and said that he saw angels and beings of white light stood around his bed. His health soon began to improve.

Mother Earths Lbrary is slowly being destroyed. Below are some facts as to why your action is desparately needed. Not only are we trying to save the forests but also mother natures secrets for cures such as Cancer, AIDS and other life threatening illnesses and diseases.

I have always believed, from being a child, that mother nature held the the knowledge of all the cures of every illness and disease in the world. Nothing is ever offered to us on a plate. If we are determined enough to set ourselves a quest to discover natural remedies, then we will discover them. Some I believe are just staring us in the face just waiting to be used. Imagine if the property of grass(not the smoking variety) but the grass in our gardens was a cure for the common cold.Various varieties of grasses have been used as cures for various ailments dating back to 2500BC in china and the East.

Lets look at the properties of our Rainforests and what they have to offer us.

Here are some facts as to what the rainforests offer the world and the medicinal values.

Rainforest plants are rich in secondary metabolites, particularly alkaloids. Biochemists believe alkaloids protect plants from disease and insect attacks. Many alkaloids from higher plants have proven to be of medicinal value and benefit.

Currently, 121 prescription drugs currently sold worldwide come from plant-derived sources. And while 25% of Western pharmaceuticals are derived from rainforest ingredients, less than 1% of these tropical trees and plants have been tested by scientists.

The U.S. National Cancer Institute has identified 3000 plants that are active against cancer cells. 70% of these plants are found in the rainforest. Twenty-five percent of the active ingredients in today's cancer-fighting drugs come from organisms found only in the rainforest.

Vincristine, extracted from the rainforest plant, periwinkle, is one of the world's most powerful anticancer drugs. It has dramatically increased the survival rate for acute childhood leukemia since its discovery.

In 1983, there were no U.S. pharmaceutical manufacturers involved in research programs to discover new drugs or cures from plants. Today, over 100 pharmaceutical companies and several branches of the US government, including giants like Merck and The National Cancer Institute, are engaged in plant research projects for possible drugs and cures for viruses, infections, cancer, and even AIDS.

Key to Tomorrow's Cures?

# Most medicine men and shamans remaining in the Rainforests today are 70 years old or more. Each time a rainforest medicine man dies, it is as if a library has burned down.

# When a medicine man dies without passing his arts on to the next generation, the tribe and the world loses thousands of years of irreplaceable knowledge about medicinal plants.

When I read this I felt sad. It is our united brothers and sisters, fellow inhabitants of mother earth who are destroying the richness of medicinal ingredients that can help to save so many human lives. Are we going to just let the Governments allow the destruction of the rainforests to continue, or are we as a human race going to make a stand and help to save the universal library of truth?

The Periwinkle
Two drugs have been obtained from a rainforest plant known as the Madagascar periwinkle.It is now extinct in the wild due to deforestation of the Madagascar rainforest. With this knowledge it has increased the chances of survival for children with leukemia from 20 percent to 80 percent. Think about it: eight out of ten children are now saved, rather than eight of ten children dying from leukemia. How many children have been spared and how many more will continue to be spared because of this single rainforest plant? What if we had failed to discover this one important plant among millions before human activities had led to its extinction? When our remaining rainforests are gone, the rare plants and animals will be lost forever-and so will the possible cures for diseases like cancer they can provide.

Other plants found in the Rain forests are now combined in research against Cancer and HIV/AIDS.
They are:

Taxol / Paclitaxel
A chemical discovered in the Pacific Yew tree (Taxus brevifolia) is now the first drug of choice in several tumorous cancers including Breast Cancer.

Vinblastine
A chemical discovered in the Madagascar Periwinkle in the 1950s. Vinblastine is the first drug of choice in many forms of leukemia and since the 1950's it has increased the survival rate of childhood leukemias by 80%

# Topotecan
Has been approved by the FDA for the treatment of ovarian and small cell lung cancers. It is currently in clinical trials, either alone or in combination with other anticancer drugs, for several types of cancer. Topotecan is a analog (a synthesized chemical) of a plant alkaloid discovered in the Chinese tree species, Camptotheca acuminata

# Irinotecan
Another chemical analog which has been developed from yet another plant alkaloid discovered in the same tree Camptotheca acuminata. It has been approved by the FDA for the treatment of metastatic colorectal cancer. It is currently in clinical trials for a variety of other cancers.

# Etoposide
A semisynthetic derivative of a plant chemical epipodophyllotoxin discovered in the Mayapple plant family (Podophyllum peltatum)

The Flower of Life

This week I dedicate the column to..I have been diagnosed with thalassemia, a genetic disorder affecting the haemoglobin cells in the blood, reducing their size and ability to carry oxygen. The effect of this is that I receive only 50% of the oxygen I need to function normally. Apparently a recessive gene can manifest itself in later life, unlike a dominant gene which is clearly acitive at birth. It would seem this condition has only developed over the past five or six months.
am waiting for more detailed and informative test results. There are over 600 types of genetic haemoglobin abnormality. I go back to receive the results on May 19 and will then know more about prognosis, possible treatment. I would be grateful for your positive thoughts at this time.

The Flower of Life
The Ancient Knowledge

Interestingly While meditating,after receiving a Holographic Repatterning treatment some six months ago, I received three symbols and Mantras that I now incorporate with my Reiki Teachings. One of those symbols is the Flower of Life. While putting some Reiki manuals together and writing about the Flower of Life, I received an e.mail from a friend of mine, who informed me that she is running a course on the Flower of Life here in Spain with "Margaret Saint Germain" from America. She too had felt the awareness of the Flower of Life through meditation.So I felt the knowledge and awareness needed to reach a greater audience.

This ancient image is known as the Flower of Life. The ancient knowledge it represents is already encoded in your body...waiting for you to remember.Drunvalo Melchizadek says "all life in the universe know the Flower of Life as the creation pattern...the geometrical design leading us into and out of physical existence. Then from a very high state of consciousness, we fell into darkness and forgot who we were. For thousand of years the secret was held in ancient artifacts and carvings around the world, and encoded in the cells of all life."
Mother Earth's vibrational rate is increasing rapidly and we've all been invited to evolve with her into a fuller, more loving consciousness. The Flower of Life is part of the "sacred geometry" encoded in every cell in your body. The ancient knowledge it represents will help you remember and feel the unity of all life.

Sacred Geometry and the Flower of Life

geometry is the study of spatial order through the measure and relationships of forms. All forms are related and connected. Studying the origins of these forms we witness the principles of life and evolution. The world is made and perceived through pattern and forms in specific proportions. Form and function have a direct relationship to one another. The proportions are the keys to universal harmony. The relevance to our life can be so subtle that often it eludes our intellect, but the power does not escape our intuition.
Geometry is a language that communicates in an infinite range of topics and possibilities. Flower of Life speaks the language of nature to convey the principles of the universe and translates it for your interpretation and application.

What happens in a Flower of Life Workshop?
In the Flower of Life workshop we introduce the Right Eye of Horus Mystery School Teachings of sacred geometry (as presented originally by Drunvalo Melchizedek) and combine them with a powerful breath and meditation technique called the Merkaba Meditation. The combination of the sacred geometry teachings and the meditation create a doorway through which the student may travel beyond the time and space to the unified living field of which we are all a part of the living energy of all creation. As students become more adept in this practice, their lives change profoundly as their eyes open to the unlimited potential of the human spirit!

Tell me more about Merkaba
The word Mer-Ka-Ba is made up of three smaller words: Mer, Ka and Ba. These words, as we are using them, come from ancient Egyptian. There are several pronunciations of Merkaba such as Merkabah, Merkava, and Merkavah. We generally pronounce the word with the emphasis on the second syllable: Mer-KA-ba. Others pronounce it with equal accent on each syllable such as: Mer-ka-ba.
Mer refers to a specific kind of light that was understood in Egypt during the 18th Dynasty following the reorientation of religions toward the worship of a one God of all creation. "Mer" was seen as two counter-rotating fields of light spinning in the same space. These fields are generated when a person performs specific breathing patterns.
Ka refers to the individual spirit of a person.
Ba refers to the spirit's interpretation of its particular reality. In the human reality, Ba is usually defined as the body or physical reality. In other realities where spirits don't have bodies, Ba refers to their concepts or interpretation of reality in the realm in which they exist.
The Merkaba is a crystalline energy field that is comprised of specific sacred geometries that align the mind, body, and heart together. This energy field created from sacred geometry extends around the body for a distance of 55 feet. These geometric energy fields normally spin around our bodies at close to the speed of light, but for most of us they have slowed down or stopped spinning entirely due to a lack of attention and use. When this field is reactivated and spinning properly, it is called a Merkaba. A fully activated Merkaba looks just like the structure of a galaxy or a UF0.
When you learn about the Merkaba in a Flower of Life workshop, you will not only intellectually understand the geometric fields, but you will personally experience them and feel them tangibly around your body. These geometric energy fields around our bodies can be turned on in a particular way, which is also connected to our breath. The Merkaba meditation incorporates a 17-breath process along with mudras (hand positions) that are a key to the correct use of the Merkaba.

The Pink Dress

Last saturday I went to "The Medieval Fayre" that is an annual event in the Las Lagunas area of Fuengirola.
As we walked down the street, an over welming scent of freshly ground herbs and spices filled the air with aromatic scents that provide healing for most ailments in todays society. The streets were full of a colourful disply of traditional ethnic garments, combining the new age and medievel dress as well as the moorish and ethnic origins. Fresh goats cheeses and chorizo and appetizing aroma of fresh meats and fish such as ribs, fresh octopus,and pinchitos filled the aire together with a joyful atmosphere of family celebrations over the weekend of festivities. Clarvoyants providing readings, herbalists bringing the awareness of alternatives to the more orthodox medications that are available in todays society. We are I feel, seeing a more backward trend towards the more natural healing properties that mother earth provides for us. There was indeed an aire of simplicity. A young new age group of muscians walked through the backstreets playing newage music followed by the children in their colourful garments filled with laughter and joy, a refreshing change. The street theatre of fire eaters and jugglers attracting the interest of local onlookers as the day entered the time of dusk.

As we ascend to inner knowledge, the knowledge of the saints and ascended Masters we are as a race adopting a more natural way of living. I feel we have the answers to all our problems in todays society. We just need to become aware of our thoughts and actions as we advance into the future. As we progress we are actually moving backwards in time, and the past traditions are in fact the future. The cures for the illnesses such as Cancer and AIDS lie within the past. We need to create a more simple way of living. Our thoughts are the doorway to our future. Our thoughts create our words, our words create our actions, our actions create our habits and our habits create our destiny.

This week I received a beautiful uplifting story that I wanted to share with you.

The Pink Dress
There was this little girl sitting by herself in the park. Everyone passed by her and never stopped to see why she looked so
sad.Dressed in a worn pink dress, barefoot and dirty, the girl just sat and watched the people go by. She never tried to speak. She never said a word. Many people passed by her, but no one would stop.
The next day I decided to go back to the park in curiosity to see if the little girl would still be there.
Yes, she was there, right in the very spot where she was yesterday, and still with the same sad look in her eyes.
Today I was to make my own move and walk over to the little girl. For as we all know, a park full of strange people is not a place for young children to play. As I got closer I could see the back of the little girl's dress.
It was grotesquely shaped. I figured that was the reason people just passed by and made no effort to speak to her.
Deformities are a low blow to our society and, heaven forbid if you make a step toward assisting someone who is different.
As I got closer, the little girl lowered her eyes slightly to avoid my intent stare.
As I approached her, I could see the shape of her back more clearly. She was grotesquely shaped in a humped over form.
I smiled to let her know it was OK; I was there to help, to talk. I sat down beside her and opened with a simple, "Hello."
The little girl acted shocked, and stammered a "hi"; after a long stare into my eyes.
I smiled and she shyly smiled back. We talked until darkness fell and the park was completely empty.
I asked the girl why she was so sad.The little girl looked at me with a sad face said, "Because, I'm different."
I immediately said, "That you are!"; and smiled.The little girl acted even sadder and said, "I know."
"Little girl," I said, "you remind me of an angel, sweet and innocent." She looked at me and smiled, then slowly she got to her feet and said, "Really?" Yes, you're like a little Guardian Angel sent to watch over all people walking by." she nodded her head yes, and smiled.
With that she opened the back of her pink dress and allowed her wings to spread, then she said "I am."
"I'm your Guardian Angel," with a twinkle in her eye.
I was speechless -- sure I was seeing things.
She said, "For once you thought of someone other than yourself.
My job here is done".
I got to my feet and said, "Wait, why did no one stop to help an angel?
She looked at me, smiled, and said, "You're the only one that could see me," and then she was gone.
And with that, my life was changed dramatically So, when you think you're all you have, remember, your angel is always watching over you.

Three Wishes

This week I received a disturbing yet enlightening e.mail from a student of Reiki
Please send healing to Kjoll pronounced Shell and Riitta ( Rita ) He is from Sweden and Riitta originally from Finland.
Ritta was found injured in a ditch,she had taken a really nasty bang to the left side of her head and was very disorientated, she couldnt remember how long she had been there . "On Saturday I got a call from Kjoll ( Shell ) that Riitta had died that afternoon at 4pm . I was stunned she had been released from hospital at 9pm on Thursday with the all clear." The saddest part of all is that her daughter is due to give birth next month to their second grandchild , the last thing her daughter said to her at Easter when she visited was "Mum this is the last time you see me with a fat belly" - it would have been the last time she would have seen her mum. Kjoll is here on his own - no family, their daughter cannot fly to be with him because she is 8 months pregnant and the airlines will not allow her to fly.

Three Wishes

Last week I spoke with the young forty something woman that I giving healing to each week. Inma, was involoved in a hit and run accident some six years previously and left for dead by the driver. Having had several operations after being left paralysed and brain damaged, over the years, Inmas health has improved. She is able to talk and communicate, although not completely clear. She understands everything that is said to her. Her quality of life through healing and physiotherapy and group support has really benefitted her. When I spoke with Inma, I asked her , "If you were given Three wishes, what would you wish for?"

The first wish
Would be to be able to walk. To have the independance to get out of her chair and walk to the bathroom. To be able to walk around the room or upstairs to speak with her brother. She would like to be able to open the front door when visiters arrive and welcome then into her home. To be able to walk down the street to the shop and collect groceries for her elderly mother. She would love to be able to dance the Sevellana, the dance that she felt so much passion for life. She would love to be able to go to the beach with her friends and wade into the sea without the support of others who she knows are helping her to experience all the things she once loved, but now unable to on her own. She would love to be able to go to the clothes shops and try on new fashions with her friends, but now has to wear suitable clothing to suit her body.

The second wish
To have a boyfriend, to be able to love and be loved. She knows that she is loved by her family, but she wants to experience real love. She knows its almost impossible for her to find love, but if she was granted this wish, that is what she would want. She expressed that the Reiki, helps her to hold a dream, to think positive thoughts of what she needs and wants. She also feels the touch and love of God.

The third wish
To be financially secure. Interestingly she put her health and her love before money. Is it that when we really do have a life changing experience that our lives do change? Do we learn to appreciate our lives? Inma wants to be finacially secure in her own right. To be able to say "I want to buy this today" rather than have her clothes and possessions bought for her, for what others feel she wants. Inma remains in the hands of her family. She will remain like that for the rest of her life, or enter into sheltered accomodation.

I spoke with an elderly lady in her late sixties, in the week. She is financially secure, she has her own home transport and able to support herself. I asked her the same question, if you were given three wishes, what would they be?

Her first wish
She wanted the pain to stop, for she was in alot of pain and agony with her joints. Her pain has been brought along by her own negativity. Constantly wallowing in her own self pity. Depression and negative thought patterns creating negative blocks of emotions as well as physical and mental perceptions. This woman, just wants the pain to stop but is not looking to changing anything positive in her life.

The second wish
"What do I want to wish for, if I wish nothing will ever happen as I have had so much bad luck in my life"
This was her reaction to the second wish. Retaining an aire of negativity, feeling and knowing that nothing is ever going to change. Yet once we change our thought patterns we can change our life. This woman rejects help from any other source as she preferes to play the role of victim and gather the attention she thrives on.

The third wish
"I wish I was dead. I was told to stop smoking but I cant and now I cant really breathe properly. Whats the point of it all. Whats the point in living and wishing for things. Ive been the same all my life."

Its only when we begin to help our selves that we can begin to make a difference within our life.
The three wishes are granted to us every day of our lives. If you were given three wishes, what would you wish for?

This one is a diffucult one as i feel so lucky what i already have but here goes
Wish 1- i wish that everybody in the world was on a higher plane more advanced so we can all heal the world and we all live in harmony with each other and mother earth no sickness and everybody equal do you remember those films on tv when you were young startrec etc were the people of a certain planet were all the same just believeing in love and peace some people may think they were like robots but i as a child used to think what a lovley simple life to have.

wish 2- i wish everybody respected animals and no harm came to them as were all gods creatures

wish 3- as we are not in the world i mentioned in wish 1 i wish i could make a difference and help people and doing this would help myself.This would i hope also protect me from negative thoughts held by others which i feel when im with these peiple too strongly.

Of course if i was really selfish i could wish for a thinner figure ,no lines, big bank account and a stunning man with a big sausage but they are all things i can not take back home with me and really do not mean anything but just to give you a giggle cos i know it will ja

Movement

Are you aware of the space in which you dwell?
We are all living within a moment in time. Some of us choose to stay and live in the same movement without moving forward, thus repeating the same patterns of the past. We create a comfort zone , an area where we either feel happy or content, or through fear of change. We also allow others to hold us in a comfort zone for fear of upsetting them. Movement is part of life. Everything moves, the trees, animals, people, age, time. Nothing stands still. So why on an emotional, mental level or a material level do we try to hold the movement to prevent it from changing. Our lives are in the lap of the gods, it is out of our control. We have to learn to trust the universe as well as our own free will.
Below are a couple of exercises for you to incorporate into your daily life. If you feel that you are stuck and unable to move forward then try these simple exercises.

Exercise 1
Set your timer to 15 minutes. Take a few deep breaths before starting the timer. Sit down comfortably and close your eyes. Start the timer. Feel the room close in around you. Imagine that the walls become like rubber and shrink more and more until they surround you and cover you completely. Maintain your focus on imagining this until it is a real event, the room has caved into you, you have become a small fragment of some vast ocean of rubber matter and there is no outside.

Now feel the rubber disolve and imagine that you emerge into a clear sky... no clouds, no distubances. Just you floating in an inmensity of blue sky. Remain there until the timer sounds.
Become aware of how you feel.

Exercise 2
Stand in front of a door. As you look at the doorway, realize you are about to cross a threshold. You are going to leave the space you are in and arrive at another space. Then, cross the door. Look at the new space, and notice the differences in the ambient as well as in yourself. Write them down. Include any differences inside yourself, like mood, feeling, temperature, etc.

Now, go back. Repeat.

Try a couple of different doors, trying to note the differences between spaces.

Finally, repeat the exercise as before, but instead of noting the spaces, take note of the moment in which you cross. How does the space of "in-betweeness" differ from being in a space?

Exercise 3
For this experiment you will need at least 3 or more CDs or records of very different music: jazz, hard rock, electronica, ambient, etc. Make sure they are very different from each other, and possibly include at least one that you wouldn't normally listen to.

Start by standing in silence in the middle of a room. Notice everything about the room, about you, about your mood

Play the first CD and stand straight in the middle of the room.

Close your eyes and allow your body to sway to the music. Allow the music to provoque visions in your inner eye.... let them flow as freely as possible

When the song comes to an end turn off the CD player.

Stand in the silence and notice what has changed.

Now play the next CD and follow the same process.

When you are finished with all songs, stand in silence for a while. Then write a bit on "movement" and what is it that changes when you "move" in this way.

"Happiness"- The spirit of the Soul

Taking steps forward to embrace each new day as a beginning to feel contentment and happiness in all area of his life.

Happiness
How many of you reading this column today can actually say,
"I am Happy".
A survey has calculated that only a small percentage are actually happy. One in 50 persons considered themselves happy or contented within their lives. Less than 1 person could remember a time, even a moment, when they had been truely happy.
Many people just put up with life.
Attitude plays a major role in determining whether someone is happy or not. Focusing on the positive and forcing oneself to make positive statements is helpful in adjusting attitude. Another major component of happiness encourages us to connect to other people with positive acts of helpfulness or kindness whether that is being part of a group, and building a strong personal relationship.
It has become common knowledge in the medical community that happiness can help people live longer, but it is still not clear where happiness comes from or how it helps the body. I feel it is something embedded within our soul. Love is a primary factor in balancing energies creating and harmonizing happiness within the body.
Scientists are hoping to discover how people become happy and how it can affect their health. Studies have found that people who are mostly happy have decreased levels of cortisol, a stress drug that can cause inflammation. Other studies have found that laughter is necessary for maintaining healthy blood vessels. A study in Jerusalem has found that religion and spirituality are useful for slowing the progress of Alzheimer's disease. ...A researcher at the University of Colorado has found that people derive more long-term happiness by the things they do rather than the material goods they possess. "We found that people receive more enduring pleasure and satisfaction from investing in life experiences than material possessions."

The following story is about and essence of happiness. Reading the story will help you to reflect what is important and how to introduce happiness into your life.

As a young girl, Mona had been left orphaned and unprotected. She moved sadly through her days. One day, on a lonely walk through a meadow, she saw a butterfly struggling to release itself from a thornbush. Mona carefully released the butterfly from its captivity. Her freeing touch caused the butterfly to turn into a beautiful fairy.
"In return for your kindness," the good fairy said, "I will grant you any wish." Mona thought for a moment and said softly, "I want to be happy!" The fairy leaned forward, whispered into the girl’s ear, and flew off.
Mona developed into a beautiful woman and eventually grew to be old. She had left the sadness of her childhood in the field where she had met and aided the fairy. After that, Mona’s years were marked by serene happiness. As the end of her life drew near, friends and admirers came to comfort her, and to say good-bye to this remarkable woman.
Mona’s last gift to her friends was the story of her encounter with the fairy. She shared with them the words the fairy had whispered in her ear. As Mona spoke, her eyes shone with the joys of a lifetime of treasuring the fairy’s message: "Everyone, no matter how secure they seem, no matter how old or young, rich or poor, has need of you.

So how else can I incorporate happiness into my life?
1)Your attitude to life, Affirm to yourself daily "I am Happy and content with my life"
2) The physical body. Eat nourishing foods, vegetables and fruits as well as a balanced diet.
Taking exercise also helps the body. Meditation and relaxation as well as sunlight helps the body.
Visualize your body as a temple.
3)Live for the moment. See each day as a new beginning. Its a wonderful life full of new experiences awaiting to happen.
4)The self.There is a 300,000 billion chance of being born. You are here for a reason. We each have our own quest to fulfil.
5)Setting yourself goals. Goals help us to move forward, giving us a purpose as well as an insentive.
6)Humour. Laughing improves the power of consentration. In any experience, look to the funny side of life, you can always find one.
7)Forgiveness. This is the doorway to the feeling of abundant happiness. Forgive and open the door.
8)Giving.The more joy and happiness we give to others, the more we receive.
9)Relationships. This includes friendships,family, partners. Treat each person you meet as though you will never see them again.
10)Faith. Believing that you can be happy creates the element of trust.

This week I dedicate the column to a very special lady, " Maria Adelaide Alves" who has recently been diagnosed with Myopathy. Since being diagnosed she has become depressed. Please send her your light, your strength and your unconditional Love from whatever power source you are connected with. Remember, Love Heals. Visualize her happy, healthy and well embracing life with acceptance and understanding, as well as a beautiful smile.

Empowering the Soul

Looking at this weeks events it encourages me to not only look to others for inspiration, as I have recently understood, that the many circumstances and situations that cross our path are in fact mirrors teaching us something that we need to look at within ourselves. Over the last week I have met several people who displayed a lack of self commitment and low self esteem, with the echoing words of "I cant do that", "They are better or more successful than me", "I am just...."
The lesson here, is not to compare yourself to others but to embrace your own sense of creativity, your own natural gifts that you know within your heart of hearts that you possess, but because of some limiting belief or the fact you are comparing yourself to other individuals you are unable to reach forward and grab the reward that you deserve.

I myself have said the same words to myself recently, and compared myself to others thinking others are better or more successful than me thus creating a form of stagnation within my own work. But then being with other ppeople and encouraging them to believe in the self, asking them " What is the worst thing that could happen if you ask?" "what if they say no, what is the worst senario that could happen?" If a person says NO, its just a word, maybe its a knockback in self belief, but if you really want to succeed, you will dust yourself off, and ask again, or put yourself out into the world. Perhaps deep down we as the human race dont want to really succeed. Many will just fit into boxes and join the mainstream society and become part of the pattern of life. But there is a small percentage who are prepared to stand up and be counted, to show their own inner strength to drive them forward to unite with the line of success. The only thing that will hold each of us back from succeeding within our lives is the phrase "What If?". At the end of the day without being egotystical you have got to think of yourself. You are responsible for your own goals and desires without having to rely on others to do the work for you, or in actual fact, compare the self to others. It is actually holding you back. Remember success does not always last forever. You may be the next JK ROWLING, Paolo Cuelho, Madonna, Kate Winslet, whatever the field of your proffession, you could be if you just put your mind to it, the next one to join a line of successful and inspirational figures.

The amount of times I have heard people say, "One day Im going to write a book about my life" or " I can sing, but....",or "I really want to leave my husband but...." or "Ive had a great idea that ive been thinking of marketing"... and then nothing ever happens because either their own lack of will or more often than not there are people in their lives who will say, "It will never work". These people have been put in your path to teach you something about yourself. You either listen to them, or you listen to yourself. This is where we have our own free will. You may wish to take something from this article to help empower your soul... like I have decided to do (hehe) or you can disregard it and say to yourself, "it could never happen" the choice my friends, is yours.

Eyes of a New Dawn

This week I dedicate the column to a very special young man, who only six months ago lost his brother, a soldier in Iraq. Now he too is seriously unwell in hospital with an enlarged swelling on his brain. Both his parents, stuart and Julie require much healing strength and support at this difficult time. Eyes of a New Dawn
Throughout the year I will be introducing you to former students of Reiki and Healing circle members who have continued along the spiritual path and given birth to incredible experiences. Reiki or the power of healing opens doors. The door that opened for Anne was the door to her own creativity, for the power lies within, the Reiki or healing energies just awaken what was already there.
Last week I went for dinner with my partner, to a former student of Reiki and member of the healing circle. I had not seen her for sometime as she had become a recluse as she was working on her art project. Now alot of her paintings are finished and are absolutely incredible, For theses are no ordinary paintings, for these are Mandalas.

So what are Mandalas?
The word "mandala" is from the classical Indian language of Sanskrit. Loosely translated to mean "circle," a mandala is far more than a simple shape. It represents wholeness, and can be seen as a model for the organizational structure of life itself--a cosmic diagram that reminds us of our relation to the infinite, the world that extends both beyond and within our bodies and minds.The mandala appears in all aspects of life: the celestial circles we call earth, sun, and moon, as well as conceptual circles of friends,family, and community. The integrated view of the world represented by the mandala, while long embraced by some Eastern religions, has now begun to emerge in Western religious and secular cultures. Awareness of the mandala may have the potential of changing how we see ourselves, our planet, and perhaps even our own life purpose.

The "circle with a center" pattern is the basic structure of creation that is reflected from the micro to the macro in the world as we know it. It is a pattern found in nature and is seen in biology, geology, chemistry, physics and astronomy.On our planet, living things are made of cells and each cell has a nucleus -- all display circles with centers. The crystals that form ice, rocks, and mountains are made of atoms. Each atom is a mandala.Within the Milky Way galaxy is our solar system and within our solar system, is Earth. Each is a mandala that is part of a larger mandala.

Flowers, the rings found in tree trunks and the spiraling outward and inward of a snail's shell all reflect the primal mandala pattern. Wherever a center is found radiating outward and inward, there is wholeness--a mandala.

Who uses Mandalas?
In the Americas, Indians have created medicine wheels and sand mandalas. The circular Aztec calendar was both a timekeeping device and a religious expression of ancient Aztecs.In Asia, the Taoist "yin-yang" symbol represents opposition as well as interdependence. Tibetan mandalas are often highly intricate illustrations of religious significance that are used for meditation.In ancient Tibet, as part of a spiritual practice, monks created intricate mandalas with colored sand made of crushed semiprecious stones. The tradition continues to this day as the monks travel to different cultures around the world to create sand mandalas and educate people about the culture of Tibet.The creation of a sand mandala requires many hours and days to complete. Each mandala contains many symbols that must be perfectly reproduced each time the mandala is created. When finished, the monks gather in a colorful ceremony, chanting in deep tones as they sweep their mandala into a jar and empty it into a nearby body of water as a blessing. This action also symbolizes symbolizes the cycle of life.

Mandalas are also commonly found in architecture. From Buddhist stupas to Muslim mosques and Christian cathedrals, the principle of a structure built around a center is a common theme in architecture.

Representing the universe itself, a mandala is both the microcosm and the macrocosm, and we are all part of its intricate design. The mandala is more than an image seen with our eyes; it is an actual moment in time. It can be can be used as a vehicle to explore art, science, religion and life itself. The mandala contains an encyclopedia of the finite and a road map to infinity.

Carl Jung said that a mandala symbolizes "a safe refuge of inner reconciliation and wholeness." It is "a synthesis of distinctive elements in a unified scheme representing the basic nature of existence." Jung used the mandala for his own personal growth and wrote about his experiences.

A Super Trouper

This week I dedicate the column to a very special woman who has touched the lives of many. "Mary Coonan" lost her fight against Cancer at her home in Wales aged 73. Mary had a terrific sense of humour and for those who had the privilage to have met her either in her home town, or here on the Costa del Sol will remember her zest for life, her smile and her friendship. Many will miss this colourful character in their lives, but especially her long term companion, Margaret who at this time needs much love strength and support in her coming to terms with this sad loss. Please focus upon her bathed in a bubble of healing light.

"A Super Trouper"

Mary was indeed a colourful character, with much laughter and fun together with that childlike innocense. She did not necessarily see herself as funny, she just was, it was her persona. Having had the privilage to know Mary and her companion Margaret as Iain and I have a common bond, our Godson Jonathan. Although the laughter and the humour there was also a serious side a person who was dedicated, loving and kind.
To paint a picture of perhaps one of the most rememberable occaisions that comes to light in my mind is a time when Iain and I were working in a restaurant in Calahonda. When Mary and Margaret arrived on the Costa del Sol it was said that the plane they were flying on used to dip its wings towards the San Miguel factory before landing at Malaga,as sales in San Miguel beers increased tenfold when they arrived.

Mary and Margaret were two Welsh women at the time in their late 60s. Both were no taller than 5ft and with medium builds. Both Iain and myself 5´ft 11 and 6´ft 2, when side by side looked funny to begin with. We decided between us, when Karaoke was at its height of entertainment, to sing "Super Trouper" by Abba. But because Mary and Margaret were welsh, we renamed the group "Baa baa". Both Iain and I kneeling at their sides were more or less the equivelant heights as Mary and Margaret. I for one was completely tone deaf, together with Mary´s facial expressions It was hard to actually get through the song without bursting into fits of hysterics. But "Baa Baa" became a legend group when they came to Spain.

Dying is only another facest and part of life. While we are here on the earth plane of existance we do not understand or comprehend the next stage in our journey of soul growth and development. I feel the soul continues, shedding the existance in the form of a human shell from earth only to continue the journey to what we call 'the otherside'.
Some of you believe that is it, which is fine for you to believe. Having seen and witnessed so much phenomena, I know in my heart of hearts that our life does continue, but not in the form that we understand within the material world.
But what of those who are left behind. Having shared precious moments and experiences with loved ones, we find it hard to comprehend continuing our own lives with as much joy as we find there is a piece missing. Many who have shared many years and experiences often find it extreamly hard in letting go of their loved one, for fear of being alone.
In a few words I feel it is important to remind you that you are not alone, for your loved ones are watching over you. It is also important to talk to them as though they were in the next room, know that they are there. When you are ready to move forward, they too continue their journey for there is much work to be done on the otherside too.
Many people find it hard to move forward, often racked with grief, full of anger and bitterness. Some find a darkened pleasure in knowing that others too have to experience the same pain. A person who has not completely come to terms with their own grief sometimes finds comfort in knowing that others are experiencing a similar situation, yet this should not be so, for our hearts should go out to the people, love and support as well as compassion and understanding should be shown, but how can they when they are depressed, only seeing and experiencing their own grief.
Last week my partner , Iain and I were privilaged and proud to be invited to a friends book signing, Dr. Susan Pheonix whose book, titled 'out of the shadows' was launched. The book I am sure will give tremendous comfort to many people who are coming to terms with their own grief as the book, is Susans own personal story. Her husband was killed in a helicopter accident in 1994, she faced overwelming despire. Her parents died just months later. Susans strength was helped by her two children, a fighters spirit and was on a mission to testify to the important work, Ian her late husband, had done in the struggle to bring peace to Northern Ireland. Susan felt that she could recover , but three years later she realised she was in terrible pain.
It was the awareness of her angels and guides and her late husband Ian who came through gifted clairvoyants who helped her to come to terms with her loss and aid the healing process as well as giving her the acknowledgement that he was still very much part of her life.
If you are finding it hard to come to terms with your loss, reach out your hand and ask your loved one/s to show or give you a sign that will aid your comfort and healing.

This week I dedicated the column to Signallier Paul William Didsbury 18, who was serving at Basra Airport Base, Southern Iraq, who on the morning of Wednesday 29th June 2005, died in tragic circumstances. Paul or 'Dids' as he was known, was a lovely lad who had a zest for life, as well as being hugely popular who both Iain and I had the privilage to meet.
Please send your love and healing thoughts to his brother Jonathan, his father Stuart and his Mum Julie, at this difficult time. Paul will be sadly missed by all his Family, Regiment, and Friends including Iain and Myself.

I have written the following poem as a dedication to Paul.

I am, but a leaf

We are all part of that tree of Life
For I am , but a leaf
Yet I too was a guardian
I gave shelter to the people
I was a guardian to my truth
In protecting my home and country

Talk your walk- Dance the Rainbow

This week I dedicate the column to "Sonia Rice" 27, who throughout her life has had the feeling of being unwanted as well as a victim of abuse. Please send her your healing thoughts so she is able to TRUST in the process of life, that she may one day embrace her life with a smile and feel wanted and loved for being herself.

Dance the Rainbow
As many of you know , The alternative World Healing circle meets every Saturday, having done so for the last 4.5 years. We have many therapists and healers as well as others who are spiritual and likeminded in their approach to life. Once a month we encourage Healing Circle members to give talks/demonstrations about their particular type of therapy or walk in life.
These evenings are incredibly valuable in creating greater awareness and understanding in how various therapies work and help people to move forward within their life.
A couple of weeks ago Circle member 'Eilish Holden',gave us an interesting introduction as to how she became involved in complementary health therapies. Having dealt with a long illness she became interested in ways in which to aid her own recovery. This education lead her down many interesting worthwhile roads giving her valuable knowledge while obtaining many skills and coping strategies.
Eilish also went on to say that she has also know heartache at a very deep level and can strongly empathize with troubled aching souls. Eilish also heals with the Angels, Teaches Reiki, Spiritual healer, colour therapist, Bach flower dance teacher/therapist. Her first love is working with people using colour with the chakra energy centres of the body.

Reclaiming mind body and spirit through the chakras.
What is a chakra?
Psychologically, the chakras correspond to major areas of our lives, from bottom to top, survival, sex, power, love, communication, imagination and spirituality. If we take the literal meaning of the word chakra(disk) and give it a more modern interpretation, we can think of a chakra as a floppy disk that contains programming about how to handle various aspects of our life. These floppy disks plug into the hardware of our physical bodies and are interpreted by the operating system of our basic consciousness.

Eilish then went on to explain that movement has been used in many settings, both ancient and modern to enhance self awareness, group bonding and connection with the sacred.
Without our conscious attention, the way we move and hold ourselves, our relationship with others and the world around us. When we pay attention to this process we can access many things that have been hidden from our conscious mind. In addition to this wealth of information, we have the capability of two way communication. By working with our movements, we can affect areas of ourselves that have been blocked or become stagnant and begin the process of healing and reprogramming.

Dancing the Rainbow is a combination of gentle exercise, meditation, colour and light and the ability to express ones own unique creativity, reaching a magical experience on every level in working with the seven major chakras systems of the body, entering sacred space, and invoking the energy of a particular chakra, thus a unique healing experience. Each chakra is invoked, calling upon each corrosponding element and slowly bringing people into that part of their body with great sensitivity, through the introduction of music.
For example: The base chakra is represented by the colour Red. The element is Earth
By moving and feeling the legs and the base of the spine, we are able to explore our survival, for often we forget or disconnect as we live within a busy and hectic world. For often we live up in our heads, forgetting we have a body at all. So by exploring the base chakra we learn the tools to ground and sustain a healthy body habit in every day movements helping us to feel connected and at home on the earth.
Eilish then mentioned " I encourage spontaneous and natural movements that arise from within allowing the dancer to find their own level, style and way of experiencing their own body and also the subtle energy body." Eilish then further explained that " The aim in dancing the rainbow is not to dance beautifully or as an expert but to be true to yourself, to connect to your own inner _expression of yourselves through movement.

Students learn about the power of colour and how to use different colours to feel beautiful within as well as heal the body, mind and spirit, inside and out.
Dancing the rainbow was developed by two strong wonderful Irish women, true goddesses, "Ann O' Hanlon" and "Anntoniete Spillane" to whom Eilish said she would always be grateful to for their gentle guidance upon her own awakening and healing journey through her chakras in Dancing the Rainbow.

'Life in perspective'

After seeing the events of the 26th December from the disaster caused by the 'tsunami' in Southern Asia, it has brought me round to thinking about my life. Why is it that an event of this magnitude makes us look at our life in a different way, from another perspective?

In many ways it makes us look at our lives and brings to the fore, how important our lives are. For much of the time I think we take our lives for granted. We may also do or say certain things that we are then conditioned by society, to feel guilty for...guilt being a major cause of ill health. For me personally this disaster has given me greater strength, to own my own power more so...instead of putting up with actions of others that I feel I dont agree with, I feel more focused in what I feel, more in touch with who I am, my needs, my aspirations.

Also I need to express myself in the way I wish to be heard, to be understood. But why?... Life is not a "dress rehersal"...for other life times maybe...but this particular lifetime...there will only ever be the person you are today. There is a reason you were born and why you are here. This event as well as the two towers, the bombs in Madrid, the so called war in Iraq and fighting in Isreal have happened...so what can we learn?

What I have noticed is that out of this disaster the world is starting to work together...for too long it has been tearing apart, against one another. Many aid agencies, private investors, and benefits have been made, charities and funding, governments sending in the armies and millions of dollars for reconstruction and health...but why does it have to take a large loss of life and a disaster where thousands of people are injured and lost their homes, their families, friends etc...to help another country or region of the world?

As these events happen they do affect us. We have witnessed before how we as a human race are infact introduced to our spiritual understanding and inner strength in the face of adversity. We also encompass understanding, compassion and empathy. Apart from all the financial help, the clothing, the medical supplies the construction...our love and compassion is needed, our healing and light needs to be directed to this area. Not only that, many who were lucky enough to escape this disaster, may carry the scars for many more years or even life. A calling to the many people who are indeed healers...a time to be needed...the work has begun.

Many people reach out to the light of hope and prayers to give them strength, healing and support.

This event I feel is a wake up call for the rest of the world. If we are not careful the planet may head towards extinction...we can learn from this in many ways...

We will though as a human race, continue to listen to the harrowing stories, watch people bury the dead, witness similar events around the world...but our lives will continue...we will continue to move forward and this event along with many others will pander into the past as a piece of history...perhaps hearing less of the news..but the suffering will continue...

I feel one of the many lessons we can learn from this disaster is learning to appreciate our lives, but at the same time, learning to live our lives for today..to enjoy each moment you have with your friends, family, lover, husband,wife,kids etc....Learn to take hold of opportunities when they present themselves to you without putting them off. To live your life in balance.

Life is so precious.

Each of the events that are happening around the world like this Tsunami, wars around the world causing loss of life, famine, floods, hunger, abuse etc... are all happening for a reason.

To try to bring about that awareness of a greater love and understanding towards one another.

A message to you all

Try not to get depressed about the events of the last couple of weeks. Look at what you can do, not only by helping others, the planet, the wildlife,the ecology, the future children of tomorrow, but also how we can embrace a new love and understanding for one another.How you can also learn to help love and heal yourself.

Guilt

This week I dedicate the column to Raymond Grinsell 67 from Quebec, Canada. Raymond has recently undergone a major operation to remove a tumour at the colon. His kidneys are now failing...and his next operation is due in February. He is currently experiencing complications. His daughter is asking you all to send your unconditional love and healing thoughts to enable her father to gain strength and return to better health. Please see Raymond healthy and well.

GUILT

Guilt, I feel is perhaps one of the greatest causes of ill-health.

Lets look at some examples of how guilt can destroy a person as well as cause ill health for those who are also connected to the person/situation.

I have met many people who have many mental, emotional, or physical illnesses, Cancer being one of them... who have in the past experienced at some point within their life...abuse. Often holding this emotion within the self...because they may feel guilty of the act having taken place. Having to lie to friends or family that everything is ok, causes guilt feelings within the self. Sometimes a person may deny that they have been abused in order to escape the pain within themselves or even to protect the person who has abused them for fear of repercussions within the family...so here we have guilt eating away at the body...if un dealt with causing illness.

Have you ever told a lie...even if it is a white lie...an un-truth, perhaps to cover your tracks....lets take the example of having an affair. You are lying to the person that loves you, yet you are going behind their back...so in order to cover your tracks...you lie. But as you lie, and even though you enjoy the experience... you feel pangs of guilt kicking in. Many people live a lie... but also carry large amounts of guilt with it...thus causing illness....

Have you ever been oppressed by an outer force that prevents you from living the type of lifestyle you wish to lead. It is often society, the church or family values that prevent people from living their life the way they feel they wish to lead. When this type of oppression happens, the person feels guilty for that act to which they feel naturally accustomed. Thus having to hide feelings or to live a lie and thus guilt feelings eating away at the body causing illness.

So you can see a pattern forming...guilt seems to be connected to a form of deceiving...whether it is the self, others or situations...

Sometimes we may forget to send a birthday card...or feel that we have to visit parents or family members, because that is what is expected of us...so you can once again see that it is society that is the key player here...we allow ourselves to be conditioned by society, thus creating guilt feelings within the self.... thus creating ill- health...if undealt with.

There are many more examples that I could list and Im sure you the reader will also be able to connect with various aspects of life that you have felt guilty about....but the illness begins when you hold onto those feelings...and dont let them go.

So if you are going to lie about something remember the repercussions of how that act is going to effect you. We are now living in 2005..not the dark ages....I feel more people need to open themselves up and be honest about who they are, accept their own needs, and be able to express the way they feel.....as well as being responsible for their actions. We should not need to lie. We should break away from the conditions of society and be ourselves. By being open and honest you are being true to yourself and releasing the act of guilt that eats and destroys the body, mind and spirit.

The act of healing or any complementary therapy is an ideal way of releasing those pangs of guilt that eat away at the body, mind and spirit. Often by talking to a therapist who will generally listen with an 'ear from the heart' and help you to understand why your body, mind or spirit is acting in a way it is. It helps to talk....thus helping to release....helping to create wellness within....

Rather than living a lie or feeling guilty for an act....you can affirm your day. Each morning when you get up affirm to yourself....

"I let go of any guilty feelings with ease." "As I let go of guilty feelings, I am able to accept the person I am." "My mind body and spirit is free of any guilt feelings I have." " I let go of guilt feelings towards (name of person)." " I am able to express my feelings with ease." " I am happy with who I am." " As I let go of guilt, I am able to love and approve of myself."

New Beginnings

This week I dedicate the column to Dave Nichols , 52, from Canada, who has been diagnosed with Melanoma Cancer which has spread through his body and brain. I ask that you please take 5 minutes out of your day and send a healing thought, your prayers, your unconditional love to this brave and inspirational man. Please focus upon him being healthy and well, see him smiling and enjoying life. The power of healing thoughts are so strong.

Over the last couple of weeks I have met various people who have mentioned that the new year has not brought them any changes within their life.. the same situations seem to be happening and if anything they are worse than they were as they have welcomed a new year.
As we welcome a new year, we can not just wave a magic wand and hope that all our troubles go away and we can start a fresh.. the answers, the solutions have to come from within, by our own actions to change the energy, to bring in that new energy of positivity, but first we must learn to let go and close a chapter in our life in order to move forward.
It is one thing to say I make a new years resolution towards goals and aspirations, but it is another of actually putting it into practice.
In Order to move forward, first we need to let go of what is holding us back, this may be the people you are with, the work you do, the friends you have...etc...
Try to look within yourself and ask your self a question....

"Am I in a position where other people/situations
are holding me back from that which I wish to achieve?"
By closing the door on our past actions/feelings and emotions, 'but I have to stress here also give the situations, feelings and emotions your love, light and blessings.' It is often the negative people, situations and experiences that are the greatest lessons that teach us about ourselves.Thank the situations for giving you the knowledge, the food for your own growth and development of the soul...'but you are now ready to let go and to move forward.' Sometimes we may attract 'negative' situations/people/experiences in our life..if this is the case we need to look at ourselves and look at why the same situations keep arising. It is only when we break the chain that we can move forward.

So I have devised a simple visualisation for you to follow.

Visualise yourself walking into a house. On the right is a door. Walk into the room and visualise all the people who have hurt you, the experiences that have stopped you moving forward, emotions that hold you back. Give these people , situations and emotions your love. Thank them for the lessons you have learned about yourself. Visualise the room filled with white light , to dissolve the negativity that once surrounded you,and step out of the room and close the door behind you.

Once you have closed the door to negativity, you are then stopping the energy of negativity to have a hold on you. You can start to open up to new expierinces and positivity into your life.

On the left is another door. Step inside and visualise a chair in the middle of the room. The room is filled with violet light. The violet light will disolve all the negativity and thoughts, guilt anger and fears you have about yourself. See yourself bathed within the violet light. Some people find that negativity affects their health...often because you are keeping the negativity alive..negative energy often arises from anger, fear or guilt. It is important to look deep within yourself and ask yourself....

'What aspect of my life am I angry, fearful, guilty about?'

'What area of my life am I willing to release and close the door to create better health. happiness and abundance into my life?'

Ask that the violet light/fire cleanse your aura, releasing all guilt, fear and anger...violet light is a purifying and cleansing colour, ask the violet light to cleanse your soul, to strengthen your mind installing confidence and the ability to believe in yourself.

Affirm 'I let go and close the door to negative attitudes about myself and others'

Now step out of the room and close the door behind you and make your way to the door marked 'my dream'. The room is full of golden light. Step inside and see yourself achieving what you really want to do in your life. Affirm to yourself...

'I open up to recieving positive energy and abundance in my life'

Limiting beliefs
Have you ever felt not good enough?
Compared yourself to others?
Or felt that you lack confidence?
I feel if we are all truthful we all at some point in our lives have felt vunerable or have had limiting beliefs about ourselves. It may have originated from the way you have been brought up, conditioned by society, having been in a relationship where your partner has been controlling, transfered their own self doubts and fears on to you and left you feeling worthless, insecure and perhaps over sensitive and hurt as well as the ability of believing that you are not good enough.
Perhaps you have been bullied creating a feeling that others are better than you and you are unable to be yourself. Perhaps you are shy, and remained in the background as a follower as opposed to a leader of your own truth and power. You may feel that if you are not accepted by society, that you are not wanted or needed, not worthy of love, thus creating a belief that you do not deserve the attention that you crave.
In the past, I have to admit that I lacked confidence, was shy, bullied at school, and I too compared myself to others, and allowed those thoughts of "Im not good enough" to creep in.
So the six million dollar question is..."how do we change these thought patterns?"
It is quite simple.
On the Reiki workshops that I run (a later subject over the coming weeks) I have seen many peoples lives change considerably. It is not just a matter of finding time for the self and channelling unconditional love to heal the mind body and spirit. It is not just down to Reiki that can bring about positve changes in the way we think and behave, but more about our own beliefs about ourselves. The answer lies within. The answers and solution to our limiting beliefs lie within our soul makeup. I find that many people search trying to find ways in which they can bring about positive changes within their lives...but what many seem to forget is to look within themselves.
It is a matter of restrucuring the way we think and behave.
For example:
Instead of telling yourself
"I am unworthy of love"
Affirm to yourself
"I am worthy of love"
As you say it you start to feel good about yourself. It is not just a matter of saying it, but believing in what you are saying...for too long you have believed that you are not worthy of it, creating negative energy and situations in your life, so it is just as easy to say
"I am worthy of love" and bring about the positive energy and situations into your life.
I feel it is so important to focus upon the self, (not in an egotistical way), not to focus upon what other people are doing or saying.
Each one of us has that ability of believing in ourselves and succeeding, whether it be in business, relationships, or even financially.
Have you ever seen yourself as unimportant or even insignificant?
BELIEVE that you are qualified to undertake your dreams and see yourself succeeding, see and focus upon the way in which you would like to be.
For example:
Is your dream to have a loving relationship?
Instead of putting out negative limiting thoughts of "I will never find Mr Right/my ideal partner. Visualize it, of what you want in your life. Believe it, see it as a reality. Put that positive thought out. This will help you to feel positive about yourself, and attract what you want and need. Believe you have that partner.
If your dream is to be financially secure, see , visualize and believe in yourself as financially secure. Put out that positive energy into the universe...what you give out you get back.
If you have a bar/Restaurant and your bar is not as successful or as busy as everyone elses, rather than thinking and believing "we are not busy or as good as them". Affirm "we are successful" Visualize your bar/restaurant full. In this way you are putting out positive energy and attracting it into your life. You will also start to feel good about yourself.
Solutions may not happen over night, but by working and adopting this attitude into your life, you will see your life change, attracting what you need and want.
Remember. YOU ARE EQUAL TO EVERYONE ELSE,DISPITE WHAT OUTER INFLUENCES MAKE YOU FEEL OR BELIEVE.

Constellation of Souls

Over the festive season I received a letter from a gentleman by the name of John . John has suffered with the grief of his mother as well as much untold personal upheavels within his life over the past couple of years. But despite his own suffering, he has asked me to thank Coin Hospital, The ambulance service, Malaga General Hospital as well as his own doctor...for without them after suffering a massive heart attack in 2001 he may not be here today. But there is also another person whom he would like to thank...a lady who has also had untold amounts of grief to contend with...but had in the past helped John, giving him moral support. He has asked me to dedicate this New Years column to....

Constellation of Souls

Have you ever wondered where your soul actually lies within the body?

If you were to take the body into consideration, where do you feel your soul sits?

Human life spans time and space, just like the glistening bodies that help to create the milky way, reaching out connecting mind, body and soul.

Within each soul connection we contain multitudes of possiblities and opportunities that either create healing or hurt, we use our gifts to build or destroy, or bring love and kindness to others within our world or we create anger fear and hate.

When we reconnect to other souls our own self esteem soars, almost like the tapestry of life, our souls are entwined with the fabric of the universe, that defines our connection with other souls.

To give a clearer understanding I have developed the following exercise below to help you realize your place within your world..the world that we all share. This helps to give you a soul realization..of who you are, and where you are going. Also please remember that you are a unique individual, there will never be another person like you, you are unique, which also means

You are Special.

Exercise

Draw a circle ....'this represents your soul' within the centre of a large piece of paper.
Now write the names of all the people who share your love, Surrounding your circle that represents your soul.
Now draw another circle ..spirelling outwards of those people who depend upon you.
Now draw another circle and write the names of those people who you depend upon. Draw these circles radiating out from your soul.
Now draw another circle radiating outwards, putting the names of your friends and aquaintances.
Now draw another circle outwards and write all the people from your past in the wider circles that span outwards.
Finally visualize a whole galaxy...in which each person you have recorded is placed at the centre of their own Constellation.
You can also write next to each name the lesson or experience that you have learned from this person, be it good bad or indifferent.
You may like to write next to each person the work that they do or the personality that they have...
Look at what you are attracting into your life.
Do the people change?
Do you notice anything when you create each person as the centre of their own constellation...
We are all connected....

This week I introduce the first part of a 4 part series. The Indigo children, the Green children. the Star children and the Crystal children. Have you ever felt that your child has been here before? Does your child find it hard to fit in at school or with others the same age? These children have special gifts to share with the world. Encourage your children to express themselves with the way they feel, not by your conditionings, but their free will and spirit of love.

The Indigo Children

Indigo children are the next step in our evolution. Up until recently, we have evolved as a biological species which searched for spirituality outside itself.The Indigo children are born with a biological connection to their own spirituality!They are a bridge to the next plane of humanity in which it is understood that spirituality is a fundamental human biological attribute.It means that part of what makes humanity tick is the spiritual seed within each of us. Even those of us who choose not to acknowledge our own spirituality are still contributing to the overall human experience which is spiritual in nature! The Indigos are simply one step closer, biologically, to the Indigo children are not smarter, happier, more creative, or "better" in any way than children who do not carry the Indigo resonance. In fact, the only trait that can be consistently found in every Indigo child, that which sets him or her apart from others, is a heightened sensitivity to surrounding energies. The Indigo's body is very much like a chemistry experiment. If too much or too little of one ingredient or another is added, the experiment will fail. Practically, this means that when a child (or adult) who carries the Indigo resonance comes into contact with environmental energies that are not matching and supportive, he or she can easily fall out of balance. Imbalance usually takes the form of physical or emotional illness.d-Self which exists within us and connects us all.

The name "Indigo" is derived from observations of biofields. Each of us has an electromagnetic field which surrounds and supports the physical body. Within this field are the various "life colors" we carry. Before about 1965, the color indigo was not a life color in the human biofield. A very few people carried a strand of indigo.These few became the parents of the first Indigo children. So, these children are fairly new. However, despite this new indigo color identified in the biofields of these new children, it would be a mistake to spiritually elevate the Indigo children above other children or adults. Yes, the Indigos have some very important work to do in this life, but so does everyone else.

So what is the reason for the Indigos work upon the earth?Their purpose is to bridge the gap between the old and the new. They are a unique blend of third-dimensional old energy existence, and the imminent shift into the new energy's higher dimensional ways of being. They stand as a beacon of hope for the future, ushering in a time of love, strength, and peace.
The Indigos will be a force of love which will quietly, but surely bring about changes in the way we relate to one another. They will force changes on a mass scale, away from competition, toward cooperation. And when they're finished, something really exciting will begin to happen…

Whatever is mentioned within this article,please take from it what you feel is right for you, if there is anything you dont understand or agree with, rather than disregarding completely, please place to one side as you may find it beneficial at a later stage within your life.

Have you ever asked yourself, 'Why Me?' or said, 'life has given me a hard life, its not fair' or ' 'my life is always so stressful'. Then please read on as the following article may be able to shed light on to this aspect within your life.

I believe that before we come to earth, we choose our earthly incarnation, choosing our parents as well as the life we are going to lead, or aim to follow. I know that many of you believe in FATE, as our life is all mapped out for us. Life is mapped out to a certain degree, but within our life, we do have our own free will as well.
For those of you who feel that you have had more than your own fare share of problems in life, remember one thing, you have chosen a hard path to follow, for a reason. It may be karmic lessons or some other reason such as being a teacher to those around you, for others to learn from you. Each event or circumstance that is confronted depends upon how you deal with it. There are really two ways to deal with our lives.

Firstly
You may feel life has treated you unfairly and you may choose to wallor in your own self pity and continue to ask yourself , 'Why Me?'. Now you can continue to live in this cycle of VICTIM, as well as attracting similar people into your life who will indeed be mirrors of your own negativity. Within this mode you may continue to feel as though you are stuck and too afraid to make changes, for you will have created your own comfort zone of self pity. Those of you who do remain and decide to remain stuck are also great teachers, the teaching here is enabling us to realize how not to be.

Secondly, you can choose to learn from each experience or circumstance and see it as a great teaching. By learning from the lesson and working through a struggle you are able to receive a great gift, called inner strength. Inner strength enables you to move forward and overcome lifes hurdles as well as enabling you to move forward as well as being able to confront any problem with greater ease. The matter is, we all have to learn lessons. If we are able to have the determination to work through something then this shows the aptitude and determination to succeed, giving the soul growth and development as well as having learned a lesson and there fore moving forward positively without having to face that particular hurdle again. Those of you who have moved forward are often great teachers as well as healers. As I have mentioned before, healing is available to us on many levels, but a show of inner strength is often a calling to a higher plane, that is, towards the spiritual path. I have written about one of my inspirational figures who has influenced much of my spiritual work in the beginning, Lynne Dransfield continues to live with a rare Cancer of the Lymphatic system when her doctors did not know how long she would live, she is now in her 5 th year living with this Cancer. Her life has changed considerably and she has helped so many others upon her path. Her sister now practices Reiki and all are moving forward more positively. Lynne continues to meditate and visualize herself well.

I have also worked and continue to work with people with Cancer and HIV as well as others with other illnesses who continue to show much strength and determination to live. Many retain a passion for life, appreciating each day, a zest for life. Open Your Heart

Over the last weeks with a heightened sensitivity I have been all too aware of the many people who are undergoing drastic changes within their lives. There is an incredible vibrational shift currently occuring which is affecting many peoples lives. An increase in violence, natural disasters, increased death toll, changes within relationships, the bird flu endemic currently sweeping the globe as well as all the other factors that affect our lives in day to day living. The media always seem to focus upon this element of things as opposed to the wonderful things that are happening in our world. I feel that one of the most important aspects to learn and experience is to love and be loved, unconditionally.

Last week I went with a friend to the Stupa, the Buddhist Temple at Benalmadena. A splendor a beautiful harmonious energy of love emenating along the Costa del Sol. The views are breathtaking and spectacular, the sapphire sky reflecting upon the sparkling mediteraenean of dreams. While I was there at the temple, perhaps by co-incidence a gay blessing was being performed with red rose petals being thrown into the air, almost cascading yet dancing in the air over the happy couple, two very happy women embracing one another. Also yet again by coincidence I happened to bump into two former students of reiki and friends who have now found sanctury in Buddha. It is an element of unconditional love that is offered in the teachings that perhaps attracts people from all walks of life.

The energy at the stupa was incredible an emenating vibration of love, yet I could feel more energy in the exhibition of the buddhas. It was strange as I was witnessing this love in the depths of the temple I received a text message from an italian woman I know, it read, "this night i received a very strong energy of love and tenderness like a hug suddenly" "do you know something? Today?". All i know is that there is a greater energy and light which is available to us, like the energy of a mothers love. But how do we possibly become aware of that energy?

This takes me back to when I walked the Camino de Santiago, when I met a middle aged woman who had lost her way through life. Her heart was empty, and if visualised as a garden, sensed it barren and desolate. One of the strongest ways in which to bring love into your life, to feel love, to be loved is to focus upon what is important , what makes you smile and happy. By looking at all those beautiful examples of love like a smiling child, pure innocence, friendships, beautiful sunrise, snow covered mountains, like the example of gratitude, a beautiful view, a kiss, a hug, the awareness of mother nature and the gifts she has to offer us. The goddess energy of Love is found in all methods of healing, whether it is Reiki, Spiritual Healing, Vortex or indeed Wicca. They are all able to connect to source, though the Wiccan energy is perhaps more in touch with the elements of the earth, with the trees, with mother earth herself, the plants as well as father sky. If we are all able to focus upon the good things in life and fill our hearts with what gives us joy, then our hearts will open and expand to create a garden bountiful with colour and light, so that we may all begin to give love as well as receive it, unconditionally. When the woman continued with her camino she filled her heart with all the beautiful sights that she witnessed and by the time she reached Santiago her heart was able to be loved and love once more with a garden so expansive and so beautiful placed within her heart.

Embrace the Light Within

Last week I received two disturbing e.mails regarding the South African Governments proposals to close the child protection unit. Last week a 3 year old girl was beaten and raped, she is still alive and will live with that experience for the rest of her life. The man responsible has been let out on bail. Another story is of a 9 month old baby who was raped by 6 men. A myth within Africa believes that having sex with a virgin will cure them of the hiv/AIDS virus, the younger the virgin, the more potent the cure. EMBRACE THE LIGHT WITHIN
As we continue with the Ascension series, I felt I wanted to introduce you to the Ascension Chambers that lie within the etheric fields of planet earth, the ethers beyond the physical planet within the stars and galaxies within the universe. But as I began to write this article, another aspect of ascension came to the fore. I was really taken with what the above mentions. These two examples are great teachers to me. There is a reason I have chosen this weeks dedication. These attrocities are happening right this minute as you read this article, they are happening every day!

As we have discussed the earth is in a process of elevating its vibration in order to attain the state of star. The process involves many stages of initiations and tests, as each test is passed, the body or planet increases its vibration.
Ascension is about the growth of our soul and the expansion of our consciousness in accepting responsibility for the way we think as well as our actions. It is about falling in love with our selves, not on an egotystical level, but a heart level. It is about releasing our fears as well as gaining an understanding of who we are. Within the Healing Circle meetings I was very much impressed to ask people to introduce themselves upon a heart level and asked them to introduce themselves upon focusing who they are as opposed to focusing upon what they did. Interestingly it was the younger generation who were able to connect to themselves and the older generation either did not understand the question or did not know who they were. I wouls average a guess that only 80% of people actually know who they are.

Ascension is about gaining respect, self respect to know that we are all magnificent beings of light who know and understand the power of love.Learning to live for every moment of everyday. Interestingly we tend to live for each day when we face or live with a chronic or terminal illness. Why does it take that to happen before we learn the lesson? We must also learn to love our enemies, our illness our experiences.

The two girls mentioned above will live with that experience for the rest of their lives. They act as great teachers. Just think you can actually help them to have a greater memory, something to savour for the rest of their lives, by taking 5 minutes out of your day and sending an e.mail to the child protection unit in south africa.As their lives touch ours, think what effect it would have on their life if you touched their lives in someway.
Ask yourself what am I learning from these two young girls?
What are you learning from the world I live in?
Are you going to ignore it and bury your head in the sand or are you going to have your say?
Those girls have gone through a harrowing ordeal, for what, for whom?

Events happen within our lives that block our light. We must re-member that we are all light beings, ALL OF US! Even the purpertrators of these acts are light, but they are actually acting out of fear, conditionaing and belief. thus creating more fear and more hysteria and less chance of people embracing the light within.
I feel that we are ALL from the same source, we all come from the light, live here on earth then we all return to the light. I dont believe there is a Hell, for I feel we create our own living hell. It is our governments, Religion and the media who are responsible for conditioning our minds, thus creating veils that manifest as fear that block our light, thus becoming a controlled enviromental institution.

I feel we ALL NEED TO RE-MEMBER AND RE-CONNECT with our place in the Universe as well as knowing that each one of us has a purpose. We are all teachers and students of life. WE ARE ALL LIGHT.

Dances of Universal Peace

The dances of Universal Peace were brought together in the late 1960s by samual L Lewis 1896-1971, a sufi Morshid (teacher and zen master) who studied the mystical traditions of Hinduism, Judaism and Chrisianity. He was deeply influenced by his contact with spiritual apprentices, Hazrat Inayat Khan who first brought the message of Universal Sufism to the west in 1910 and Ruth St.Denis who was a feminist pioneer in the modern dance movement in America and europe.

Rich Life Experiences
When Samual Lewis was in his late 70s he created dances of a dynamic method to "promote peace through the arts". There were some 50 dances but now the collection is estimated at some 500 dances including celebrating the sacred heart of Hinduism, Buddhism, Zoroastrianism, sikhism, Judaism, Christianity, Islam, Aramic, Native American,Native middle Eastern, Celtic, Native African and the Goddess traditions.
During the past 25 years the dances have spread throughout the world touching more than 0.5 million people in north and south america, europe, the former soviet union, japan, India,Pakistan, australia, new zealand. The net work of dances are now celebrated in south africa and the middle east.
The dances of universal peace now meet the deep needs of those within schools, therapy groups, prisons, hospices, drug rehabilitation centres, homes for the disabled, retirement homes, and holistic health centres. Samual L Lewis envisioned to help others to connect and celebrate their existance to the univeral life force energy, of life itself.

So what can I expect from a dance?
Sacred movement, songs and stories have brought people together through history and time. At times it is the seasonal ceremony and celebration, a part of everyday life, life passages and daily renewel and meditation.Therefore the dances of Universal Peace are part of the timeless tradition.
The dances use simple music, lyrics and movement to touch and feel the spiritual essence within ourselves and others. No musical or dance experience is required, everyone is welcome to join, of every age. It is the participation not the presentation that counts.
The participants join hands forming a circle with the dance leader and musicians in the centre. Throughout the day or night, the leader teaches the group the words, melody and movements. This teaching is always done with a compassionate heart in a comfortable and quiet setting.
The movements and songs are taken from 400 dances that include themes of peace(both inner and outer), healing(the earth, individuals and the global family) and the celebration of lifes great mystery. Dancers focus on peace and harmony creating a sence of solidarity and community while celebrating the underlying unity of the spiritual traditions of the earth.
The mmod created in the dances evokes feelings of love joy and compassion. when invoking compassion one feels the Buddhist Kwan Yin energy, celebrating playfulness one feels the energy of Krishna. Other emotions are felt when invoking the ascended masters and other spiritual figures.

Spiritual Connections
There is a reason why we all connect with one another. If you think about all the people you have met in your lifetime, for what ever the reason, it is to RE-MEMBER, RE-CONNECT. People come into your life for a reason. It may be something you need to learn from them, or indeed for them to learn from you. We are ALL teachers and students together making our own world. Often when the lesson has been learnt as your life continues so too the lessons continue. We all are learning and we never stop, so I feel it is important to remember that. It is not always the older people who have the most wisdom. I have met some very young and inspirational young people who often have more wisdom than the older generation. It would seem that sometimes as we get older some older people become stuck within a void or aspect or belief and find they are not able to move on, where as the younger generation are still aware that they are learning and wish to continue to soak up knowledge as well as retaining a spirit of soul growth and development.
There are many teachings that we are here to learn, most of them are inevitable, that we must confront within our lives. The majority of people whom I meet have often gone through some trial or tribulation within their life, that brings them to a point of no return. Death is inevitable and it happens to us all. No one is going to live forever. Our soul however does continue, but our spirit, our personality, the human shell dies. Many people fear death, especially when a loved one, family member, friend passes to the light, those who are left behind find it incredibly hard to come to terms with loss. If we think of a personal level, someone who is close to us, dies, we often feel as though we are in some kind of void. As though nobody else understands. I remember the day my grandmother died and having to take a train journey from London to newcastle to see her in the chapel of rest. There I was grieving, upset yet people around me were laughing and joking, totally un aware of my pain. The lesson here is, that we can be a little more understanding of other peoples feelings. It is also important to remember that everyone goes through the grieving process at some point within their life. There is no right way or wrong way to grieve as everyone has different coping mechanisms. I knew that my grandmother was in a beautiful place and to this day still continue to talk to her, as though she was just in the next room. I had yellow roses cremated with her body and asked her to give me a sign for her to establish a connection with me, to present to me yellow roses in some form so that I knew she was around me. The first time this happened was when I started my spiritual work. I asked her, "If you are around me and helping me with my work, please either impress upon someone, or for me to find or receive a yellow rose. The next day I was doing some maintanence work on a villa, when I arrived, there laid on the door step was a single yellow rose. The next time this happened was when I was back in the UK last year when my parents were ill. I asked her " Please,let me know that you are around me, I need your love and support, please tell me if my parents are going to be ok" I asked for the same sign. On this cold spring day I was due to visit both parents in hospital, but I did not have any transport and the neighbour next door was unable to take me. Then I received a phone call from a friend of this neighbour offering to take me to the hospitals. Upon her arrival she was wearing a violet suit, and within her hand she was carrying 3 yellow roses. she said " I saw these beautiful roses in my garden and thought you may like to have them to take with you to give to your mother". So once again, it was a sign that my grandmother was there and also to reasure me that everything was going to be ok.
Even though our friends or family members are not with us here on the earth, they are still with us. I am interested to hear from anyone who has had similar experiences, who may wish to share their experiences to help others with the grieving process. Once again it is a process of learning to help those who feel lost, or unsure of what lies ahead.I know of many other experiences, but would love to hear from other people with similar experiences.

Ascended Masters part 3 Kuan Yin

Kuan Yin
Kuan Yin is the goddess of compassion and mercy. She is linked to the sixth ray, the Indigo Ray which is associated with the third eye chakra.(energy centre).
Having worked very closely with this Ascended Master within my spiritual work I felt I really wanted to bring her awareness and love to the fore for all mankind to share and understand. Kuan Yin has epitomized the great ideal of Mayayana Buddhism in her roles of "BODHISATTVA" which translates to " a being of Bodhi or enlightenment" who is destined to become a Buddha, having forgone the bliss of Nirvana with the vow to save all children.
Quan Yin carries the Goddess and Divine Mother essence so once again it is her energy and her love that we are ALL connecting with at a much higher frequency as we prepare ourselves within the ascencion process in the coming age of Aquarius.It is also her energies that I have and continue to work with in bringing the Healing Circle together, where many people come to heal share and grow.Many important aspects where we learn about compassion, understanding and unconditional love.
The same Goddess energy is carried by the Virgin Mary thus the Mother Mary energies within Christianity, Isis in the Egyptian Mysteries, Shakti, wife of Vishnu in Hinduism. In Korea, Japan and China she is called Kuan Yin, A celestial Bodhisattva and Ascended Master, where one of her celestial spheres is to sit on the board of the Lord of Karma.
Quan Yin is a translation in sanskrit, "AVALOKITESVARA" which is also known as "AVALOKITA" being the proper name of "KUANSHIH YIN" which actually translates to "She who harkens to the cries of the world" Interestlingly in Buddhist Mythology it is said that Kuan Yin was born from a ray of light that sprang from "AMITABHA BUDDHAS" right eye. He immedialely said "OM MANE PADME HUM" which is one of the Mantras by which he can be invoked by Buddhist tradition.
Quan Yin embodies the word compassion, love and kindness. She is often depicted pouring a stream of healing water, 'THE WATER OF LIFE' from a small vase, with this water, followers, devotees and ALL living things are blessed with physical and spiritual peace. Often she is shown holding a sheat of ripe rice/bowl of rice seed which interestingly is a meta phor for ferility and sustenance. The Dragon is an ancient symbol for high spirituality, wisdom, strength and divine powers of transformation. He cupped hands often in the position of "YONI MUDRA" symbolises the womb as a door for entry to this world through the universal female principle.
Quan Yin is truelly an enlightened one, who vowed to remain within the earthly realms and not the heavenly worlds until ALL other living things have completed their own enlightenment having being liberated from pain through birth, death and rebirth.

I dedicate this column to ALL women who are either undergoing treatments or surgery associated with Breast Cancer.

In Prayer you can say the following invocation
HE JANG GUAN YIN (pronounciation HUH JAHNG GWAN YEEN)With your hands either joined or in prayer position.
LIU LI GUAN YIN (Pronounciation LYOO LEE GWAN YEEN)Lapis Lazuli is the colour of long life and healing, visualize each woman surrounded in this colour of healing light.
YE YI GUAN YIN (YEH YEE GUAN YEEN) is for nurturing and manifestation.
NING JING GUAN YIN (NING JING GWAN YEEN) Helps to bring about harmony peace body mind and spirit as well as overcoming anger.
QING JING GUAN YIN (CHING JING GWAN YEEN) Assists in releasing all poisons on the mental, emotional and physical levels. Ask that the cancer is removed, released aiding the body to heal itself. Say this one together with the following
SHI YAO GUAN YIN (SHER YAO GWAN YEEN) The bestower of all healing remedies, cures on all levels.
LONG JIAN GUAN YEEN (LOHNG JYEN GWAN YEEN) The mistress of energy flow and the waterfall of light and blessing coming down from above.
And most importantly YANG LIU GUAN YEEN (YAHNG LYOH GUAN YEEN) Kuan Yin holds the willow branch, a Healing Power, her willow branch drips a sweet dew.

Please say the above invokations while sending out your healing thoughts at least three times each.

This week I continue to introduce to you The Ascended Masters Series. They have a profound affect upon the way we think, act as well as what we feel drawn to, as individuals in todays society. To those of you with a heightened sensitivity will be more aware of thei link to you. After reading these articles it may also help to answer some questions you have about why you feel drawn to certain people, places or situations, without currently understanding why.

All people live for a reason, to teach, to give us direction and understanding not only about ourselves but of the world we live in. We all have a light within us, but often with problems we create for ourselves we lose or disconnect from the light within. The ascended Masters help us to re-discover, re-connect and to re-member.
The ascended Masters connect with healers, mediums and clairvoyants and people who are sensitive enough to receive their knowledge that they taught when they were here in their incarnation.

We are all staring to connect to a different vibration and that awareness is starting to connect to a different vibration and that awareness is starting to connect to everyday people.This knowledge of the Ascended Masters will help you understand why your thoughts are changing. Many people this year will undergo changes within their relationships, focusing more upon following their hearts as opposed to your head. For the energy of The Ascended Masters who connect with the heart chakra are making their awareness known to you at this time, the energy of unconditional love.

Hilerion

Hilerion is an Ascended Master from the 4th Ray, the green ray associated with the Heart Chakra. He is the Master of Alchemy and the Emerald tablet of Thoth(two later subjects to be covered) We can work with Hilerion to bring about healing and self expression. If you find that you are a person who holds back for fear of what others may say or think, fear of ridicule, allow yourself to be put down, then you can call uponHilerion to give you the strength to speak your truth, to give you strength and confidence and bring about that attitude of believing in the self.

Hilerion was of Pagan parents, born in the year XXV as it stated that at the time of St. Anthonys death, in 356 Hilerion was 65 years old. When Hilerion was a child he was educated in Alexandria, where he later became a Christian. At the age of 15 he was attracted to the energy of St.Anthony. He went into the desert for 2 months with Anthony, the "Father of Anchorites". Hilerion decided to devote himself to that of a hermit. Later he returned home, divided his fortune amongst the poor then with drew into the desert of Majuma near Gaza. He then led a similar lifestyle to that of St. Anthony. He dedicated a life of meditation, fasting and living as a hermit, he was able to perform miraculos cures and exorcisms which he performed in his country.In 329 he gained many disciples, and many came to seek his help and counsel in great numbers. In 360 he returned to Egypt. He went to the places where St.Anthony had visited and lived and to the spot where he died. It was on hearing that Julian the Apostate had ordered his arrent, Hilerion returned to Oasis in the libyan desert. He later journeyed to scicily,Dalmatia, and a great earthquake struck where he was able to offer much needed assistance. Often when we feel the need or hear a calling to another country, it is often to provide assistace to those in need.
Finally Hilerion went to Cyprus where he became a recluse in a cave, spending his last years there. He was the founder of Anchoritic Life in Palastine where he is greatly honoured, his feast day is on 21st October. He later died age 80 and was buried near the town of Paphos.

Ascended Masters

Each one of these articles is about bringing a greater awareness and understanding of the universe and spiritual enlightenment. Ascended Masters
The Great White Brotherhood in some docrines are seen as the Ascended Masters. They refer the white to spirituality not of race as many of the Ascended masters are Tibetan, or hindu and not Anglo. Many spiritual teachers such as jesus, mohammad, the virgin Mary, kuan Yin take there place alongside magical or alchemical personalities such as Saint Germain, as previously covered in former article, and Kuthumi. All these spiritual teachers have put aside any differences they may have had in their earthly incarnationand unite as one, energy of love to improve the spiritual well being of the human race. So they unite within the realms of eternity, but here on earth we have divided them thus creating indifferences between races and human life. The lesson here is, I feel, to unite all religions with that knowledge that we all come from the same source and we all return to the same source, the source of unconditional love and know and re- member that that light shines within us all.

Serapis Bey
Serapis Bey is one of the Ascended Masters who holds the ascension door open at the temple of ascension on the etheric level in Luxor in Egypt.
He was the Egyptian Pharaoh Amenhotep 111 1417-1379BC also known as the Magnificent. He bought Egypt to its height of diplomatic prestige and peace. He was responsible for building monumounts palaces and temples, which also included the temple of Luxorwhich was interestingly, built to corrospond with the outline of the human skeletal framework. Careful and detailed studies have proven that the entire temple explains many secret functions of the organs and nerve centres.
Serapis was embodied as a high priest in the Ascension Temple on ATLANTIS more than 11,500 years ago.In the 19th century serapis bey worked closely with El Morya, Kuthumi and Dwal Kul. It is believed that he asceded in about 400 BC.

Kuthumi
Guards the temple of Love wisdom and understanding.
Kuthumi comes to those who seek world Knowledge in the times of change and use the accumilation of knowledge for the good of all. He was alledgedly born in the early 1800s as Mahatma Kuthumi a Punjabi whose family settled near Kashmir. He led a secluded life. He attended oxford univerity in 1850 and is believed to have contributed The Dream of the Ravan todublin Univerity magazine around 1854. Healso spent a considerable amount of time in Dresden Wurzberg and Nureburg. His remaining years were spent in Shigatse, in Tibet where his contact with the outside world only consisted with letters to his followers and students.Those letters are now on file in the British Museum.

The Aquarian Age

Over the next few weeks I will be introducing to you aspects about ascension and the ascended masters, as we enter the aquarian age. If you have any comments or questions then please see ad in health and beauty classifieds.
I would just like to say that the contents of this article are not religious propaganda, but spiritual enlightenment. There is a difference between spirituality and religion. One is free, the other is restricted.

The Aquarian Age

Jesus Christ is the archetypal Christ/Avatar for the 2,150 year period known as the age of pisces. Approximately every 2,150 years the earth passes through an age corrosponding to one of the 12 signs of the zodiac. The length of an age is determined by a phenomenon called the procession of the equinoxes which is the result of the slow backward rotation of the earth around its polar axis. This backward rotation moves to the point of the spring equinox backwards through the twelves signs of the zodiac. A new age begins when the point of the spring equinox moves from one sign to another.

During each age a civilization/continent or the entire planet is destined to assimilate a certain attribute of God. In about 2000BC or 4000 years ago we entered the age of aries. That was the year of patriachs and prophets. The age of aries brought the awareness of God as father. About 2.150 years ago we entered the age of pisces, this brought the awareness of God as son and was represented by the coming of Jesus Christ as Son.

Today we are entering a new age. It is the age of Aquarius. This age is marked by the universal awareness of the Holy Spirit and the Divine Mother. As we assimilate the initiations of the Holy Spirit and the teachings of the Divine mother we are preparing our mind, soul and most importantly our hearts to be the abode of both the holy spirit and the divine mother, just as we had the opportunity to embody the law of the father and the son in the preceeding two ages.
During the Picean age many ascended masters worked upon the earth bring forward great teachings of light and enlightenment and love.

Over the next few weeks I will be exploring the great Spiritual teachers of the Picean age to help us prepare and enlighten us as we enter the Aquarian age. They are there to teach us ways to transmute negative Karma to enable us to reach our potencial to attain our each individual soul liberation.

Other subjects I will be introducing this year will be reincarnation,Karma, Prochecy, the pearls of wisdom among other topics.
